Hurt

Chapter #1

I woke up to sleeping in my new room on the floor with a old smelly blanket and the hardest pillow. It's been hard for my family and I to adjust to a new town. We have been getting new schedules everyday because of Mom and Dads new jobs. My fourteen year old brother, Lucas and I stay home all day unpacking the boxes Mom and dad have left for us to put into the kitchen. I miss all the times I got to hang out with Bella, my best friend from my home. We used to make cupcakes and talk all day. But now I can't even talk to her we got a new phone for the new house and every contact disappeared. Mom has been trying to get a hang of Bella's Mom ever since we have moved, but every time there is no answer. I just wish every thing was still the same.

I finally get out of bed and hop down the squeaky stairs. I find my family sitting at the table eating ego waffles.
"Mom, Dad I have to go back to school shopping! I have absolutely nothing to wear to school!" I said to my parents.
"Ellie your going into 5th grade! You don't need a hole new wardrobe."my mom replied.
"Your Mom will take you to the mall to get an outfit or two and to get you supplies, your teacher has sent us a list of things you will need for second grade."dad said with a smile
I gave my dad a smile as I continued eating my delicious waffle. Around 9:30 I got up from the table and tossed my dish onto the counter for my mom clean later. I walked back up the stairs to get ready for the day. After lunch all we did was unpack for three hours. After dinner I got to tired to even lift my arm to unpack an empty glass in the cabinet. So I watched my favourite show and ending up falling asleep on the couch. Mom and dad didn't care so they didn't bother waking me up.

The next morning, I woke up to Lucas jumping on the coach trying to wake me up so that he had the couch to himself.
"Lucas, do you mind"I said angrily to my brother.
"Nope, nope, not at all Ellie."my brother replied with a smirk
I finally got up. Later when I was in my room my mom popped in.
"Are you ready Ellie?Im going to take to the mall in 10 minuets you better be ready!"
"Yes Mom I'm ready just let me get my purse" I shouted from the other room to reply back to my mom.
I hurried and grabbed my purse, I threw my wallet and some lipgloss and ran after to Mom to get in the car.
At the mall I bought 3 outfits. I also got two pairs of shoes and all of the supplies Miss.Clark told us to get.

The next few days I would get so worried but would take a deep breath. Then it hit me It was 10:00 pm and it was the last day of summer.

The next morning, it was the first day of school! I had just got up and ran straight into the bathroom
