Chapter 4

*Kayy's POV*

"Today is the daaaay!" Kim sang as I got into her car.

"I know, I know. Now let's just go, before I explode with happiness."

Ross comes home today. So many worries floated around in my head.

As we pulled into the airport parking lot, I saw a plane landing. We'd gotten there just in time.

"Kim, let's go!" C'mon, c'mon, c'mon!" I jumped up and down. We made our way through the crowds and towards the spot Ross told me to stand in to wait. That was 3 months ago. Wow.

"Kayy, hold on, quit squirming." Kim got out her video camera.

"Are you going to film me?"

"The real question is why wouldn't I film you?" She smiled. "Now get ready. Those people there are from the R5's flight."

I looked, and soon enough, I saw Ross. I ran to him, and I threw my arms around him. Strange thing was he didn't hug back. He just pushed me away.

"Ross? I missed you." I was so confused.

"God, another fan. Let's get the picture quick, I have to go soon." He said, annoyed.

Tears began to fill my eyes. No. Oh no. He doesn't remember me.

"Ross, she's not just a fan. Kayy is your girlfriend. Remember?" Riker said.

"I don't remember her. Misty is my girlfriend. Right, Mist?" Ross said, looking back at a girl who is much prettier than I am.

"What, Ross? Wait... You had a girlfriend? How do you forget?!" She said to Ross.

"Misty, I've you're my girlfriend; don't be silly." Ross said putting his arm around her.

Misty wiggled out and looked over at me. She felt bad for me. I could see it in her eyes.

"Ross. Either get back together with Kayy, that's your name, right?" I nodded yes. "Yeah. Get back with Kayy, or I'm breaking up with you."

"Either way, you break up with me. Now come here and let's just go. Leave Kat or whatever her name is go. I don't remember anything."

Everyone just stared at him in shock. I cried even more. Misty came over to me and rubbed my back to try and make me feel better.

"Misty? What are you doing?" Ross yelled.

"Making your girlfriend feel better."

"You're my girlfriend."

"No, I'm your ex." Misty turned around to face me.

"Ross, you're insane. Let's go home. Oh, and Misty? Do you have a place to stay?" Kim asked, and we all left. Misty came home with us and tried to make me feel somewhat better.
