"It's hopeless! She just doesn't like me!" I sigh and bury my head in my arms.
We're sitting at our usual lunch table in the cafeteria. I'm eating my favorite meal, chicken nuggets and fries, but I'm still really upset. "I thought that I was nice enough, but she thought that I had some kind of ulterior motive or something!"
"Hey, cheer up. I got Arabella's friend to eat lunch with us! She seemed to really like us!" Claire gushed. Bethany coughs. "WE got Hannah to eat with us!" She glares at Claire, who sinks in her seat. "Not just you. Oh, there she is!" Bethany squeals.
"Oh, hey Hannah!" I smile and wave at her. "Grab a seat, we were just eating lunch!"
"Hi Hannah! We're so glad you could make it! Ooh, I love your hair!" Claire exclaims. "It's so long and healthy!" Hannah blushes. "It's my grandmother's hair formula. She got it from her grandmother." Hannah plays with her long dark hair.
"Can you show us what you do? I love learning about new hair stuff! Almost as much as I love photography!" Bethany squeals."
"Wait, I love photography too!" Hannah exclaims. Claire squeals. "Me too! And so does Aubrey! We all love photography!"
"That's awesome! I especially love fashion photography! Clothing is my favorite thing to photograph!" Hannah gasps. "No way! I love making clothes! It's like, my passion! I made this dress that I'm wearing!" She stands up and twirls for us to see. The dress is powder blue color, and it's super flowy and breathable.
"That's so good!" I gush. "Can you teach us how to sew like that?" Hannah nods enthusiastically and the bell rings. "You guys should come over to my house, of course I'll teach you! Trust me, it's so easy! I'll give you my number, and I'll text you guys the address!"
We grab our stuff and exit the cafeteria. After we exchange numbers, we go our separate ways to our individual classes.

"Wow! This really is easy!" I say, pleased with the finished results of my skirt. We're all at Hannah's voice, and she's teaching us how to sew using her old sewing machines.
"Wow! This came out better than I thought it would!" Bethany smiles, holding up her finished skirt. Hannah claps. Claire holds up her own finished skirt. "Is this any good?" she asks. Hannah nods, and Claire squeals.
"I have a idea. Let's all wear these skirts to school tomorrow! We can all be matching! It'll be so cute!" Claire gushes. "Ooh ooh, let's take a selfie!" she says as she takes out her phone. We all huddle together holding our finished skirts and she snaps a few pictures. "These came out so good! I'll post these later."
"Thanks for coming over guys. I'm so happy that I got to teach you guys how to sew! Arabella never wants to do what I want to do." Hannah sighs, then her eyes go wide as she realizes what she's said. "I mean...well... uh.."
"Don't worry Hannah, we won't tell Arabella." Bethany pats Hannah's shoulder. "It'll be our secret."
