Chapter 13: I can't believe that she did it.

Greyson's POV

He was about to punch me when Kayla shouted running towards us.

 "HEY JOSH, DON'T PUNCH MY BOYFRIEND!!" Then Josh stopped. 

"Are you okay? Did he do something to you?" Kayla said while checking my bruises.

"What the heck are you doing?!" Kayla told Josh.

"Because he's the reason that you're staying away from him!" Josh said.

"What? Of course! I love him. I would do anything for him. Wait. Are you jealous?" Kayla said.

"YES, YES I AM. I like you, okay? Way way back at london, I liked you already." Josh said.

"So Greyson was right. You do like me. " Kayla said.

"Yes he is right. And I won't accept the fact that you're staying away from me because of him." Josh said.

"Well you better move on now. 'Cause I won't change my mind."  Kayla said.

Josh was speechless. I can see both anger and sadness in his eyes. I can't believe that Kayla could do this. She really risked their friendship because of me. There were silence between us three. I could hear our breathing. Then after minutes of glaring at each other, Kayla pulled me inside their house. 

Kayla's POV

Josh hurted Greyson. I can't forgive him. I'm putting medicine on Greyson's bruises right now.  They're alot. 

"I can't believe you could do that." Greyson said.

"I could do anything for you, you know that." I said.

"But to risk your friendship, that's a tuff deal." 

"I know. But I love you that's why I did that."

"Well, speaking of that, I'm really sorry. I was about to apologize but then Josh came running towards me and-"

"Yes. I know. It's okay. Forget about it." I smiled. 

Josh's POV

How could Kayla do this to me. We were friends since diapers. It hurts to see that she's risking our friendship for her relationship. Friendships last longer that relationships, right? But yeah, I like her. It will be still the same. I will just give her space. Probably, by that time, we would be close friends again, and I will grab that chance even though she and Greyson's together. I will take Kayla back to me.

Kayla's POV

"Mom! Could I stay at Greyson's for the night?"

"Sure honey. "

"We'll go straight to school tomorrow too. Jen's coming too, so yeah."

"Yes dear. I know that you'll be safe at their hands. And they just live next door." 

"Love you mom! bye!" 

I went at Greyson's.

"Hey Grey! You alright?" I said.

"A bit. My body still hurts from all that beating. "

"You like revenge?"

"Nah. He's  your friend that's rude."

"Blah blah! Nvm." he laughed.

"So by the way,  it's getting late. Aren't you going home?"

"I told my mom if I could stay for the night, well she said yes!" 

"Oh okay." he smiled. 

"I also invited Jen, is it okay?"

"Of course!"

We watched Harry Potter 1 first, then Jen came. Then we finished up to 5, the order of the Phoenix. it's 2am already! school's at 7. Haha! We are awesome. Jen slept at Alexa's room and of course, I was beside Greyson.
