"Honey! Why is the rodent still here?" Your step-dad asks. Your actual father had died a couple years ago and now your mom remarried... to an improper man. You missed your real father so much... he always was there for you and gave you your favorite plushie. It's a plushie of Bendy the Demon.

"Y/N, please go upstairs." Your mother orders. Your mother cares more about the improper man than her own daughter. No questions asked, you go upstairs. You will have to eat dinner later.

You're currently fifteen years old. Your grades are great, but there's no one to praise you for it. All that goes on is that you're bullied and looked down upon.
At this point, you usually would have no will to live. But the old tapes of your favorite cartoon keep you going. Squeezing your Bendy plushie, you watch your TV until late at night when you eat Bacon Soup for dinner.

It all started the next morning.
As per usual (and as the cliché things go) your step-dad is drunk and beating you up while your mother watches. However this time he notices how tightly you're squeezing your plushie. Laughing, he tugs the plushie out of your tight arms and rips the head off. Screaming, you run out of the house grabbing your now severed doll. Your step-dad's laughter is still ringing in your ears.

After running what seemed like forever you find an abandoned workshop. You recall your father saying that that's where Bendy and the other characters were made. Without a moment of hesitation you walk in.

"Hello...?" You call out. All you can see is a lot of ink and Bendy cutouts.
"Aw... it's adorable..." You say while stroking one of the cutouts (okay that's weird what's wrong with me?). After walking around, you find something you weren't expecting to see.
"Boris...?" You whisper yell. The poor thing was opened up and dead. You begin to shed tears and decide to learn what had happened here.
Little did you know there was a Bendy cutout watching you.

You go on to start to turn on the ink machine. After turning it on, you suddenly find your way to the machine blocked off.
"What? This wasn't here before!" You shriek your anxiety getting worse. Suddenly you turn around.
There stands a deformed Bendy. It starts to chase after you. You run away, hoping to get away. Alas, the floorboards break and you fall down.

When you wake up you feel dizzy. Too dizzy. Despite you being just fine except for a sprained ankle, you hit your head really hard during your fall.
"Where... am I?" You ask yourself. After running through your head what just happened, the deformed Bendy wouldn't leave your head.
"Bendy... the poor guy. He must have been so lonely." You start to cry again. If Boris is gone, and Alice is no where to be seen then Bendy was alone.

All alone.

You begin to walk around with an ax, collecting bacon soup. At one point, you run into a shelf with Bendy plushies. You stare in jealousy, yours is in a bag... broken.
You couldn't forgive yourself for letting that happen.

You listen to recordings people made when they still came here. One from Sammy Lawrence asked if he "could get an amen?" And it creeped you out.

Deciding to find Bendy, you begin to search around Sammy Lawrence's office.
"If I try to get out... will he come?" You think.

So, based off of that you begin to collect clues on draining the ink. While trying to figure out Sammy's ritual, you noticed that every time you traveled from the projector to the stage another Bendy cutout would show up. It started by one, and went all the way to nine Bendy cutouts just staring at you. You just laugh.

You know what happens next, you drain the ink and get knocked out.
(Sorry this seems rushed but we're 666 words in and I STILL haven't gotten to where you meet Bendy).

You wake up and find yourself tied to the wall (or something). Suddenly an inky  figure walks into the room. You hear him say a few things, but they're inaudible so you can't hear him (or the author just doesn't want to write out the whole scene). The only things you can hear is "Savior... Sheep... and Sacrifice."
Whatever this was it sounds like you're going to be a sacrifice. Your eyes blurred, you did not want to die at the hands of... whoever this is. You begin to hear sounds of the inky creature (or Bendy) from earlier.
The guy, who you presume from his voice is Sammy Lawrence, suddenly says that his savior is coming.
You close your eyes.

The next thing you know Sammy walks away only to die with a shrilling scream. Your eyes snap open and they meet the inky creature.
"Bendy...?" You whisper. He looks a bit odd, but no this is the Bendy you've known. The one you've loved. Without replying, Bendy walks over and lets you down from where you were tied. He then turns around and begins to walk away.
"Wait!" You shout. You run up and hug him from behind. Bendy freezes.

"Bendy? What happened here? What happened to Boris? Where's Alice? What... happened to you?" Tears begin to streak down your now inky face. You let go and Bendy turns around. He stares at you.
"Bendy... you look so sad. What did the people here do to you?"
But you knew. You knew that the creators here never thought of how Bendy felt. Every cartoon ending in Bendy crying or Bendy scared....

After a few more minutes of awkward silence Bendy pulls you into a hug. Even if it's just for now, even if he kills you soon after... This is what you have always wanted. To be able to hug Bendy and say....
"Thank you Bendy." You smile. Bendy then sees the Bendy plush in your bag. He takes it out.
"It was my fault... I'm sorry." Your smile fades. As if knowing what to do, Bendy motions for you to close your eyes. You wipe a little ink off the area around your eyes and close them.
A blinding light envelopes the room for a second. Suddenly, you hear a cackling laugh that makes you open your eyes immediately. There, you see that the Bendy that was just there has somehow... gone into your plushie and has now possessed it.

"What just happened?!" You ask.
"Well, your step-father just so happened to pull the head off of this plushie so it would only make sense to use this as my body instead!" Bendy laughs.
"How did you know that my step-father did that?" You ask.
"I can see everything out my cutouts and plushies. Most plushies all I see is darkness because they were stuffed away and the cutouts are only here. My only daily entertainment was watching you, Y/N." Bendy jumps up and climbs up your back to your shoulders.
"Earlier when your step-father pulled the head off I lost contact with the plushie and got super worried. However, you came here more quickly than I expected!" Bendy pats your head and you smile.
"Why is my plushie special?" You ask.

"Well I don't have a neck! So it's nice to have a floating head again. Oh, and now you can take me home! And hug me all you want!" Bendy blushes at the last sentence.
"Home... Well as long as I have you I can get over anything!" You say. You pick up the giddy Bendy from your shoulder and kiss his forehead. You could only swear that his face turned red despite it being a plushie.

A month later...

You got home safely and though you got yelled at you laughed it off with Bendy.
A couple weeks later, your step-dad died in an accident. Your mom, now alone again, starts to be normal again.
Though Bendy likes to prank you a lot, when you're sad he'll immediately try to dance to cheer you up.

Of course, your only friend is Bendy but there's nothing wrong with that.

Right?

I didn't think so.

AN: Thanks for reading! After I started listening to BATIM songs and watching DAGames play the game, it made me want to write a fan fiction, but not too long because of school and my other stories. So, I hope you enjoyed this one shot, ciao!
