just wanted to let you guys who are still in the competition know that the schedule will be scrapped. I have terrible WiFi right now, meaning I can't upload half the images and/or judge them. Furthermore, multiple contestants have dropped out and others didn't hand anything in - it really disappointed me that only three of you managed to hand yours in before/on the due date. It is so tiring having to catch up with almost each and everyone, and it seems pointless putting so much of my time and work into a competition which half of you haven't been commuting to, leaving it in shambles. I know the prompts I put out are particularly challenging, but that is the good part of this contest - it's not easy!!
Not only does all of this make it harder on me, but all the other contestants, because now I only have 9 contestants - the other 11 - 8 out of you didn't respond to my messages, asked to drop out or never handed anything in. It just makes me sad. I'm going to do the judging as soon as possible, and hopefully, despite our pitifully few contestants now, the competition will go on.
