011•Pearl Necklace (AU)

Finn Wolfhard and Millie Brown.

They got married on November 4, 2035.

Ever since, they were the happiest couple to ever live.

Their families knew when they first met, they would be together...

Forever.

Finn was a free-diver who collected pearls from oysters beneath the sea. It sold for top dollar in markets.

He could never afford such a thing.

Millie Brown was a 6th grade teacher in their local middle school. She always had a special bond with kids. Millie was beautiful with a brain.

But then again, her job kept her very busy and couldn't keep up with her social life.

Until she met Finn at the beach.

It was really love at first sight.

A child could tell they had heart eyes for each other. They were really swoon over by each other.

They started dating in 2029.

From then on, it was really like they were husband and wife.

Tragedy struck when Finn was at his job. A dangerous creature stung his leg while he was collecting pearls.

Millie was beyond devastated. The love of her life could die at this point.

Finn had a long and hard recovery.

But he made it, and that's what counts most.

Unfortunately, Finn had to get his leg amputated from his knee down.

That didn't change him from Millie's perspective.

He was still Finn Wolfhard.

The adventurous diver who explored places he would go.

They got married, and we all know what happened at the honeymoon 😉

Finn is now 69 and Millie is 68.

They grew a business together that made them money in a snap.

Although they were rich, they were still very humble.

Today was the day Finn was going to give Millie her pearl necklace.

Pearls signified a lot in their relationship.

Finn came home early as Millie was surprised.

"Oh hi my love," Millie said kissing her husband on the cheek.

"Love, I have a present for you," Finn said walking over to the bag he brought home.

Oh yeah, he got a prosthetic leg before they got married.

He took out a black velvet box surrounded by ribbon.

Millie took the box and opened it.

It was a beautiful pearl necklace with  a silver clasp.

"Oh my," Millie said surprised.

"Millie, I want you to have this necklace to signify our love." Finn said taking the necklace and putting it on her.

"It's beautiful." Millie said admiring the necklace in the mirror.

"You know what's more beautiful?"

"what?"

"You."

"You're so cheesy," Millie blushed.

"Anything for you," Finn winked.

Millie kissed Finn as her hand laid on his chest.

Ari's POV:

"Hey mom, I brought" I said as I looked at them.

My mom was kissing my dad.

I looked at my mom's neck and saw the necklace.

He really loves her.

I covered my daughter Kaylee's eyes as I saw them starting to make out.

It's not a very good thing to see especially if your daughter is watching you.

Ew.

"Ahhh harder love!" My mom moaned.

"Mommy why is Grammy Mills making noises?" Kaylee asked innocently.

"Kay, lets go to the park okay?" I said ushering her out the door.

What the fuck.
