Stuck In A Nightmare//Tamaki x Haruhi

: Chapter Eleven :

Tamaki's POV

I succeed. I saved Haruhi! I did it. I feel complete. I am just now confused.
Koyayo left Haruhi and I alone and we decided to go on a stroll. More like she's pushing me around in a wheel chair.
"So did you miss your Senpi?"
"Knock it off, Tamaki."
"I don't understand."
"You don't understand what?"
"In my dream it felt real."
"What did?"
"Everything!"
"Care to explain?"
Where to start? I don't even know when it began.
"I don't know how it started, but I clearly remember all of us saving people. We saved everyone from a burning building and then you were set up to an impossible riddle to save your father."
"Huh?"
"The riddle was to name a word that rhymes with orange and you couldn't figure it out so the devil killed him. Then you went home and killed yourself."
"Tamaki.."
"No there's more. Then I wake up thinking that it was all a dream, but I come to school to figure out that it happened. You were dead and I couldn't save you.. I felt heart broken.."
"Tamaki.. It was just a dream."
"But it felt so real! And there's more! After a few days of your death I just stayed in my room and your ghost came. She had the long hair though, but it was still you! And you kept trying to help me save you, by saving myself first. Also.. You tried to touch my hand, but I couldn't feel anything. You told me that I was your hero. It all felt so real. I wish I could bac-"
Haruhi stops pushing the wheel chair. "Don't you dare say you want to go back! I want you here. I need you here."
I can hear the despair in her voice. She really did miss me. I don't know what else to say. I place my hand on hers and look up to see she has tears in her brown eyes.
"Haruhi.. I didn't mean it. Not that way. I want to go back to thinking that you did love me."
Haruhi grips my hand tightly in hers. A tear drops onto my face from her eyes.
"Tamaki.. I do love you."
My heart skips a beat as she says that. My hand reaches for behind her head and gently pulls her down into my lips. I release for air. Haruhi stares blankly at me.
"I love you too Haruhi."
We both smile as she leans in for another kiss.
Sure I may not know what exactly happened or why it took forever for me to wake up, but I certainly am glad I escaped that nightmare.
