Chapter 4: Staying With Jack

2 days later

Mark's POV

I was acting like an asshole! How could I do that to her? She needed my support and comfort and I pushed her away. I was currently laying on my bed, Chica beside me. I hadn't moved from this spot since I got home, other than to use the toilet and eat. I felt terrible. Everyday I just lay here thinking and crying. What if she won't forgive me? I hadn't uploaded in a few days. My subscribers are probably freaking out and assuming that darkiplier is returning or something crazy like that.

Maybe I should call her...

Amy's POV

I had been staying with Sean and Signe since the incident. I didn't come out of the spare room they gave me, not even to eat. I just wanted Mark. He hasn't uploaded, I was really worried for him. Our day was supposed to be perfect. We were celebrating 4 years together and Steve had to come mess it up! Maybe I should of told him the truth, he was right, I did lie to him. Mark trusted me but I was too afraid to open up to him.

"Amy? Dinners ready sweetie." Signe called. I decided I should probably get out and eat, I shouldn't punish myself. I unlocked my door to be greeted by a worried Signe who immediately pulled me into a hug. Her and Sean had been so supportive and took me in. It felt good to have such great friends.

I joined them at the table and we ate in silence. It wasn't awkward, it was a comfortable and understanding silence. None of us had spoken of what had happened. I didn't really want to discuss it.

"Hey Amy, after dinner me and Signe were gonna watch some movies. Would you like to join?" Sean asked me. I thought about it for a moment. It will do you good to chill out and enjoy yourself. I agreed to spend the night with them and helped to wash up. The rest of the evening went smoothly. I ate a lot of popcorn whilst laughing at the movies on the TV.

Then out of nowhere, my phone started to ring...
