I closed my front door behind me as I started taking off my heels. "Finally" I whispered to myself as the feeling of relief cane all over my body.

Tonight I decided to go out on a little date with this guy who I work with and truthfully he's really nice but he's not the one for me. Yes I know it's way to early to tell that exactly but, he's just not.

I walked over to my kitchen and grabbed a water bottle that was sitting on the counter. I started to take a few sips before the doorbell rung, I must've forgot something in his car. I started walking towards the front door still drinking the water bottle. I opened the door prepared to see his face but instead I seen another face. I nearly choked on my water seeing the infamous person,

"Gelo? What are you doing here?"

LiAngelo and I use to talk some time ago, but not that long ago. At first we were just strictly seeing each other for our own personal reasons but after awhile we started to get close and I started to like him and I never admitted that to him but when I finally had the courage to, he got back with his girlfriend Izzy. He still wanted us to keep going but I couldn't let him do that to her. "I can't come by and see my favorite girl?" He asked as I looked into his big brown eyes.

"I don't think Izzy would like what you just said" I responded leaning against the door frame, "Izzy and I aren't together so why should it matter?" Of course. He's only over here because they broke up again. I let out a small laugh, "Whatever Gelo, have a nice night" I began to close the door but he stopped it, "Please Layla. It's raining mad hard out there and my car need new brakes and I just so happen to be over here on this side of town so can I just stay here for the night?" He asked stepping forward.

"Can't you call your brothers or your dad or someone? They all drive" I suggested. He surely wasn't going to stay over here. "Zo is out of town and Melo and my dad aren't answering their phones"

I sighed opening up the door wider for him to come in. He smiled while coming in, "Thank you babygirl"

Tonight will be a night.

I closed the door and turned around seeing him looking around, "You're sleeping on the couch" I pointed out as I walked to the hallway closet to grab covers and pillows for him. "Why can't I sleep with you?" He asked following me. I let out another laugh as I opened up the door grabbing the stuff, "Is that really a question?" I asked looking at him putting the stuff in his hands.

I walked straight past him as he continued following me, "Oh yeah right, you were with that other guy" He laughed. I turned around before I got to the stairs, "Are you stalking me or something?", "Nah, I just so happened to see you get out his car and trust me, he's not the one for you" He smirked. "So you know what's good for me then?" I asked laughing. He shrugged his shoulders turning around walking towards the couch, "I always do"

I rolled my eyes and started making my way upstairs towards my room. If he thinks he's good for me he's lying to himself. I made my way inside of my room and closed the door behind me. He's only staying the night, that's it. In the morning he'll be gone and then life will get back to normal.

I took off my dress and jewelry before jumping in the shower not thinking about LiAngelo. Some time later I got out and slipped on a oversized shirt. I let my hair fall down as I roamed my fingers through it heading to my bed. As I laid down I pulled out my phone seeing a text from Gelo. I rolled my eyes before reading it.
