Shizue Lucero: Darkened Heart

  "Mom I'm leaving for the exam," Shizue says as she leaves and starts walking down the main street. People are using Mahantics to hover and even to power projections of ads. "I can't wait to get to the school, the mahons alone will be awesome,". She arrives at the gate to the school. It looks like a black and purple castle. The walls curve around the building and have four gates. One to the north, east, south, and west. Shizue is at the south gate but notices that the sign says "CogWarts,". As she notices this she sees a woman walk out and with a school uniform on. "Hello are you, Shizue Lucero," Katherine asks. "Yes I am but I was supposed to be going t-" Shizue attempts to respond before being cut off by Kathrine "Oh don't worry this is Darkened Heart but they still haven't taken down that April fools joke yet, Izune is probably going to be mad if he finds out,". Kathrine continues as she leads down a creepy deserted pathway, it's almost like a ghost town. "So who are you? You go to Darkened Heart right?" Shizue inquired "Oh right, I'm Kathrine Lam, Head student of Mahantics," Kathrine eagerly responds. "You and your roommate are going to be fighting together as partners a lot, you should get used to her," Katherine explains as they walk through the door to the dorms. Katherine leads Shizue toward her dorm, they walk down a long hallway that's very bland with no decoration or any color. "Here you are," Kathrine says as she opens the door to Shizue's room then leaves. "Well you look special," Xuan says as she jumps from the top bunk of the bed on the left side of the room. "Special in a good way or bad way?" Shizue asks quickly "I don't exactly know, but I do know that most people got escorted by Izune and you got escorted by whoever that was." Xuan explains "Anyway I'm Xuan," Xuan says as she creates a black and purple flame in the palm of her hand "I have a Mahon called dark flame. Who might you be?" She asks. "I am Shizue and I...can't use my Mahon," Shizue responds slowly lowering her voice at the end of the sentence. "But I can shapeshift really well," Shizue says excitedly. "Well that's better than nothing though we are at the best Mahan school there is," Xuan says nervously.
