the end of the successful day was bearable- it was surprising.
because as I was packing my camera away, ready to leave so I could catch the train home, the director of the shoot stopped me with a hand on my arm- smiling.
"we have an offer for you." the old man stated. "we'd like to keep you as the photographer for the still shots of the show- for every episode. how does that sound?"
it sounds like a job! and that's exactly what I needed.
"really? oh god, thank you. I'd love to work here seriously-"
the old man ran a hand over his head before he matched his smile with mine. "let's just say there was a recommendation." and he mentioned a few extra things before saying goodbye to me.
and as my suspicion grew over who gave a recommendation about me, I saw you- Jin, opening the door for someone, waiting for me to look at you as you grinned.
