Jimin's POV

Although I was happy that we finally got the lighter, I couldn't help but feel like something was off. Sure she obviously had to use some lady charm on him but . . . why do I feel so insecure?

"Damn, you must've been real slick to take this from him."

I tried to get her to talk, to tell me what exactly happened. I surveyed her and could tell that she was trying to avoid eye contact with me. When I neared her, she would always back away. While she was standing there, I back hugged her. Cologne. That's the first thing I smelt. definitely was not my scent, nor was it hers. Hair. Her hair was slightly messy, like she had been combing her fingers through it a lot  . . . or somebody.

 "J-Jimin? What are you doing?"

I turned her around and studied her face. Nervous eyes. A button on her shirt was left open and . . . swollen lips.

Jinhee's POV

I gulped when I noticed Jimin's eyes survey me. His orbs slightly enlarged as he stared at my lips.

 "Jimin- Ah!"

He pushed me into the wall and slammed his arms on either side of me, caging me in.

"Tell me. What did you and Taehyung do.

 "Jimin . . ."

 "TELL ME!"

I started quivering.

 "Jimin . . . It's really nothing- Mm!"

He smacked a hand over my mouth.

 "Fine then. If you won't talk . . ."

He leaned in closer right next to my ear and whispered,

 "Then don't talk at all."

 "JIMIN! LISTEN TO M-"

"I DON'T WANNA FUCKING LISTEN TO YOU! IT'S OBVIOUS THAT YOU TWO FUCKED!"

I started tearing up.

 "It's not like that . . ."

I whispered. His breathing got slow as he calmed down. His eyes softened and he removed his arms. He took deep breaths until he was calm.

 "Okay. I'll listen."

 "That's it?"

 "I promise."

He was silent for a moment.

"Where the fuck is this mother fucka-"

 "Jimin! Remember what you said?"

He sighed and ruffled his hair.

"I know but, do you know how hard this is for me? To know that someone I work with, see every day had his hands all over my girlfriend?"

I looked down at the floor.

 "I'm sorry."

I whispered.

"It's not your fault. It's just, now that I finally have you  . . . I don't want to lose you."

I could tell that he was upset. His bottom lip was slightly jutted out forming a pout. His hair was messy from all the times he swept it back with his fingers and his eyes were droopy.

 "Jimin . . . you won't lose me."

I neared him and let him pull me into a hug.

 "Please . . . stay with me . . . don't leave me." (A/n ; DON'T LEAVE ME I BELIEVE HASHIRI DASU.)

He started crying.

 "Hey, look at me."

He lifted his head like a little puppy as he looked at me with sad eyes. With no words, I kissed him and he kissed me back. After all, actions speak more than words.

 "Jinhee . . ."

 "Yes?"

 "Come here."

I got up from the couch and excitedly ran to the kitchen island where Jimin was sitting, examining the lighter.

 "What? Did you find something?"

 "Yeah, look."

Jimin opened the lighter and, with a pair of tweezers, took out a small piece of metal from the lighter. It was a USB.

 "Quick! Plug it in!"

Excited, I grabbed the USB from him and plugged it into the laptop. A single file popped up and it was a video. I played it and gasped. Taehyung was sitting in front of a middle-aged man, which I assumed was his father. They were sitting in the head office of KJ, my father's rival company.

"Son, you know our company is not in a good situation right?"

 "Yes."

 "But do you know why?"

 "No Abeoji."

"Well, it's because of that good for nothing Jeon Enterprises. Do you know why Jinhee and Jungkook are so nice to you?  Because they want to get closer to you so they can get close to me and bring down our company once they grow up. You need to be careful son. They are not good for you."

 "But Jungkook . . . "

"The boy may seem nice but they are really plotting your downfall. Do you really want to lose everything because of a mere friendship? Or would you rather continue building what I have."

"Of course I would continue to build the company."

"A'ta a boy. So I need you to do something for me."

 "What is it?"

"Take a group of 50 bikers and herd them towards the center of this intersection."

His father pointed to the exact location where Jimin, Jungkook and I crashed.

"There will be a truck parked there to make it look like they lost control and crashed. Do you understand?"

 "Y-yes Abeoji."

"Good. I'm depending on you son. Go get ready. You depart tomorrow. I assign you the title, Angel."

Then the video ended. Both Jimin and I sat in silence until I noticed a tear fall down Jimin's cheek.

 "Chim? What's wrong?"

 "That's what he meant . . ."

 "What? Who meant what?"

"Jinhee . . . do you still remember the time when Yoongi kidnapped you as Remi and Taehyung ran out of the room?"

I nodded.

"When I went to go talk to him he said, "I hope you can forgive me." At the time it didn't make any sense but now . . ."

"He was asking if you could forgive him for this crime he's done."

I finished. The room was dead silent as we soaked it all in. We solved it. We have The Angel but, now what?
