After they ate dinner , Elena went out the room , Tom secretly followed her .
Elena went to the garden and she sat down, Tom was hiding behind the tree . Looks like she is waiting for someone taught Tom .
A few minutes later , Tom saw someone coming up to Elena and at that same moment Tom saw Elena took out a knife and pointing it to 'someone.'
Then he heard Elena said softly to someone still pointing the knife : ' why did you lie to me ! ' Tom heard screaming and shouting but he could not get what it is .
For a few minutes the screaming has quiten down , so Tom went to looked what had happened.
Who is this 'someone'? 'Tom taught.
First Tom was shocked because he saw the nurse laying on the floor , he went to check the heart but the heart wasn't beeping. The first taught came to his mind , Elena killed someone!!
