~PRESENT~  29. JANUARY. 2013.

"Mum, do I really need to babysit them for the whole time?"

" Yes, Sara, you have to."

"Ughhh, fine."

Sara took the snacks and went back to the room where her younger sister Lilliana was with her friends celebrating her 7th birthday. She putted the snacks on the table.

"There you go" she said as she sat on the sofa in the corner of the room. The girls kept playing like she wasn't there and she still didn't understand why she had to babysit them. Their mum walked in the room.

"Sara, Carla's parents just called they can't come to pick her up so I told them you will take her home."

She sighed and stood up. "Fine. Carla let's go."

Lilliana looked at Carla. "Mummy can't she stay longer."

"I'm sorry sweety her parents called."

Lilliana hugged Carla. "See you."

Sara was waiting for her in front of the house. When Carla came out she started walking towards Carla's house.

Since all of Sara's friends, including her, heard that Carla's parents are horrible no one visited their house. Not even to say hello to Carla's brother when they moved here. This was the first time Sara went there. Of course she met Carla's brother at school, but not their parents. And for her it was weird that they called.

They arrived to the house. It was the first time Sara was that close to their house. She took a good look. Everything seemed normal, she still didn't get why no one could visit them. She was still looking at the house when Carla interrupted her.

"Thank you Sara." Carla said. "You can go now."

"Ooooh...Okay Carla. See you." Sara went back home. Straight to her room.

~PAST~

20. March. 2012

"Saraaa!! Saraaa!!" Lilliana was yelling from the street while she ran towards their house. Sara was in the kitchen making lunch while their parents went shopping.

Sara ran out. "What is it Lilli?"

"New neighbours. We have new neighbours."

"That's why you're yelling? God Lilli. You scared me."

"Sorry but they have a daughter like me. Can I go play with her?"

"I don't know. If they just arrived maybe you should let them settle down."

"They have a son too.  He is your age. You can be his friend. Please Sara."

"Lilli you can't. Go play with your friends and don't interrupt the new neighbours."

"Fineee." She frowned and ran back to her friends.
