Her mum knew someone was coming round for a potential marriage. Little did she know it was me. As I reached the doorstep of their home . I carried a bunch of flowers and a ring . Aleezas dad opened the door. As I was about to walk in , the door slammed . My heart was racing, my mind was in shambles. Why did they do that. Aleezas mom , shaguftana walked out. She stated "how can we marry our daughter off to a cheats son". My father cheated on my mom during my early years. I didn't have a father figure however word went around the community soon after the divorce about my father.
My mom bought us up on our own . Anyway back to the story, Aleeza walked out and burst into tears. She stated "I'm being married off to my cousin in pakistan, I don't want to marry him" I couldn't do anything about it. I pleaded her dad to let her marry me but he objected.
As I went home sobbing in tears I told my mom, she said "good riddance puttar, the girl didnt know how to make a round roti anyway"
Both sides objected , there was nothing we could to . After over 12 years of friendship and then relationship, it was time we departed.....however a surprise was to come
