Fall be the season I met you,

Which matched your seasonal scent

It greeted me today as you flew

Your lovely kiss nothing but a hint

Proving to me you are heaven sent

Angel wings none other can see

And a smile as warm as the sun

When the wind blows you look at me

With eyes gleaming of promised fun

Let me tell you, oh great angel of mine,

how when I'm in your arms the world falls away

and in your eyes I see the stars shine

and I know this moment was due to my pray

Angel sent to me by God himself

Kiss me and drown me in our autumn

Make me forget the woe inside myself

and let me fall in love-right straight to the bottom

May the wind sing, on this fall night

And the moon shine above in love

and the crickets chirp to a tune just right

and us dance underneath the stars above

Know that as long as you hold me the cold won't chill me

Know that as long as you love me ill be here

and a day when I don't expect your visits I do not see

because the end of this is my only fear

Oh angel in darkness, of beauty and light

so tender and gentle and perfect

you make me happy just by being in sight

I feel so amazed that I was the one you picked

Oh angel of mine, never forget these nights.
