28: I miss you part 2

Narrator's POV

Dash sighed as she climbed overt he locked rusty gates of the old abandoned manor she vissted once when she was only seven with her long lost friend.

Blurry memmoris came back to her as she gazed at the mansion. She remmembered how scared she was when she first went there but Greengrass was with her to protect her. Now she wasn't scared. Just felt....empty. Like someone is missing in her life. Thats whats he always feels now whenevers he vissits places where her old friend and her has been at and blurry flashbacks comes.

Why was she here again?

Oh right. To finnaly solve the mystery of her past. Why she forgot about them, his face, what realy happened?

"Spitfire I hope this works" She muttered.

She kicked opent the door and it bursted open easily ans she entered the dusty old lobby.

Meanwhile, Soarin climbed over the rusty gates too. His sister Spitfire has a weird way of giving him clues. He jumped over and landed on the ground. He admired at mansion that seemed like a haunted house and a flashback came to him. One about him taking his best freind Tears here.

He entered the lobby, and took a look around.

"Good times. Still smells fresh too" He said grinning and took a sniff. "Ahhhh, that memmory sure smells" He snickered and then walkes around taking it all in.

Rainbowdash was at the third flour, she was staring at the wall, where a faded initial, written by a marker was there.

R.D and S.S

She furrowed her eyebrows trying to remember anyone she knew with initials like that. But it didn't helped the fact there are a lot of people.

"Red?" She spun around and saw Soarin with a surprised look on his face. "What are you doing here?"

"I....should ask you the same thing" Dash grumpily replied.

Soarin rolled his eyes. Then his eyes landed in the initials.

"Whats that?"

"Nonya" Dash sarcasticly answred.

"Whats nonya?"

"Nonya bussness" She replied. Soarin rolled his eyes again.

"I'm here because....because I took a friend here once. A friend I an trying to remember. And I thought going here might help" He answered.

Dash's eyes narrowed. "......Um....Me too" she smiled cockily.

"Well wanna explore this place together?"

"Why?"

"Got anything better to do?"

When Soarin did't answred Dasht took that as his answet ans dragged him with her to the next room.

Little did they know, Spitfire and Wave chill were in the house with them, watching them excitedly. "Can't wait for them to figure it out at last! And I can't even believe that when we were kids we were...." Spitfire didn't finnished what she was gonna say and she bit her lip instead.

"What?" Wave chill asked.

"N-nothing" Spitfire whispered and they both followed Soarin and Dash to the other room.

Soarin and Dash were having a flashback. Both has the same memmory.

Then Dash thought of something, Soarin and Greengrass, Spitfire and Fire, their family, her brothers, why was Spitfire so secretive? She knew so many things, and her meddlesome personality helped Dash's parents fix their relationship once, and now....

Rainbow put two on two together then.....

"No...its not him. It couldn't" She muttered. "Couldn't what?" Soarin asked confused.

Rainbow ignored him, her attention was drawn to a music box lying on the floor, underneath a moth eaten lovechair.

She picked it up. And there, was the same initials marked by a blue colored marker.

R.D and S.S. (Greengrass and Tears)

She winded up thr music box and a fammiliar tune played. She sang along.

"A million dreasm....for the world we're gonna make" Soarin sang.

Dash felt her heart beat rapidly.

She turned around frowning. "How do you know that song?"

"I should ask you the same thing Dash. Me and Tears wrote that together and put it in that music box" Soarin said suspiciously.

"No. Your lying. You gotta be because me and Greengrass wrote it" Dash snapped.

Spitfire and Wavechill(Who were listening outside the parlor room) rolled their eyes. "Can't they just put two and two together?! Idiots" Spitfire muttered impatiently.

Rainbow stared deeply at Soarin's green eyes.

And Soarin stared at Dash's magenta ones. Neither noticed Rainbow walked towarda him. Closed her eyes, and kissed him.

Spitfire and Wave chill's jaws dropped to the floor, Soarin blushed but kissed back, and memories, more clear ones, montaged in their head.

"Greengrass?" Dash asked.

"Tears?"

Silence....and then...

"OHMYGOSH ITS YOU!" Rainbow squeeled and then gaved Soarin a bone crushing hug.

"Red! I mean Dashien, I mean Tears! Whoa this is weird right?" Soarin chuckled.

Rainbow wiped a few tears from her eyes. She wasn'ts crying becauses he was sad, she was crying because she was happy. She found him. He found her....and-

"Yes! Finnaly! Gosh I ship you guys" Spitfire squeeled revealing their hidding place.

"Spitfire! Dammit!" Wave groaned.

"Whoa whoa whoa! How long have you been there?" Rainbow demanded.

"Eh...hehe, a while. Sorry by the way,and.....your welcome!" Spitfire said in a sing song voice.

Soarin and Rainbow rolles their eyes.

"What now?" Wave asked.

"Lets....go home now. We have a lot if catching up to do" Dash cheered. The four agreed to go to sugarcube corner for some ice cream first before going home.

Rainbow and Soarin were still red in the face.

"I can't believe I just kissed him!" Dash thought scolding herself.

"I can't believe Dashie has just KISSED me! Best day ever" Soarin grinned at his thoughts.

They laughed as Wave made a joke and Spitfire kept secretly making goo goo eyes at him.

Little did they knew, Blitz has just walked in. He glared at Soarin whem he saw he was sitting next to his sister. And saw his own brother with his arm around Spitfire's shoulder, she scoffed.

But what made his blood boil even more was what he over heard.

"Its nice to have found you again my Tears Of Joy" Soarink joked and everyone groaned at his bad pun.

Blitz felt the air in him get knocked out. They found out. They found each other again. They remember now.

"Shit" He cussed.

But smirked. No problem. He can fix it again anyway. How hard will it be? If he managed to get everyone to forget about the Skies family, and get the Skies to forget about them, how hard will it be to do it again?

But then his eyes landed on Spitfire. "That meddling little....need to get her out of the way" He muttered and left.
