Citrus: Happy Ending?

Chapter 3

Yuzu's POV

I woke up in a different bedroom, "This isn't my room" i said in my mind, then i turned to see a beautiful girl beside me, then i realized what we did last night, i blushed intensely, "Oh right, i had a one night stand with her" i said in mind. I saw her opening her eyes "Good Morning, Yuzu" she said smiling at me, at the same time rubbing her eyes, honestly it was cute, "Good Morning" i answered, then i started to sit up and felt my head throb, "Ouchh, i shouldn't have drank that much" i mummbled, and dressed up because i was naked. I stood up heading towards the door, "Leaving too soon?" she said frowning, "Yeah, i have to get home, my mom will be worried, and i need to head over to school" "Give me your phone" she said, "Um.. S-sure.." I said while handing her my phone, then she gave it back with her number in my contacts, "Let's meet again" she said smiling, i can't help but smile back at her. "See you then" I said, and left.

Third Person POV

Yuzu is still heartbroken, even after what happened last night. She loved Mei so much. But she can't help but remember what happened last night with Akame, she was feeling something but unsure what it was.

Then Yuzu arrived at her house, "Yuzu, where have you been? I was worried" Ume said, "I'm sorry Mama, i slept at Harumin's place" Yuzu said, feeling guilty for lying again. "Okay, but next time make sure to inform me, go dress up and head over to school" Ume said, Yuzu nodded and started to head over her room and dressed up.

-"I'm going" Yuzu said, leaving their appartment. Yuzu is walking towards her school, while students from her school was staring at her because she looked so gloomy, the usual cheerful and pushy Yuzu is not there. She was near the gate and saw Harumin, "Yuzucchi!!! Where have you been?? Are you okay?? Look at you! I was so worried!!" Harumin said, with a worry look all over her face, she was aware with Yuzu and Mei, and Mei leaving Yuzu, "I'm fine, Harumin, there's nothing to worry about" Yuzu answered with a fake smile, "What do you mean your fine! Look at you" Harumin said raising her voice, "I said i'm fine, let's go to class" Yuzu said.

Once they reach their classroom everyone wad staring at Yuzu, because she looked different, she looked like a living corpse. Yuzu sat down to her chair looking out the window thinking about Mei. Suddenly, she remembered the things that happened last night, she was blushing.

Yuzu's POV

-"Why am i remembering that??!" she said in her mind while blushing, honestly what am i thinking! What am i feeling? "I want to see her.." i said in my mind. I remembered her saying "I like you, anyways" what did she mean by that?? I sent her a text about meeting me tommorow after school. Then the teacher came in and started teaching.

A few hours later..
The bell rings

Finally, it's over! Let's just hope that i won't bump into Mei, i was walking in the hallway when suddenly the thing i didn't want to happen happened, i bumped into someone and she reached her hand to me, when i looked up, guess who i saw? It was Mei!

Mei's POV

I was thinking about my father cancelling my wedding, and i'm glad mother informed him, i was surprised when he told me he didn't know that i was forced to marry some random guy i just met so he stopped grandfather and decided he will take over the academy, i was so happy not that i can return to Yuzu but Father taking over the academy. Now i can go back to Yuzu, but i know it won't be easy, i need to tell her how i feel. Whatever it takes i'll get her back, while walking lose in my thoughts. Something happened which i didn't expect.

I bumped into someone while turning in the hallway, i reached my hand and realized it was Yuzu, i was speechless, "Um.. sorry, and thanks.." she said, avoiding eye contact, "Uhh yes, ofcourse, i'm sorry too" i said, then she started to walk away, i was gonna call her but i didn't. "Idiot!" i said to myself, then i started following her. "I need to make this right" i said in my mind. I followed her into the roof, what is she doing here? Students aren't allowed here. Then i saw her pull something from her bag, it was a ciggarette! She lit it up, i didn't know Yuzu smokes. And she started crying while smoking. "What have i done.." i said to myself while clenching my fists. I walked towards her and said, "What are you doing, Yuzu?" i said using my council president voice, she just faced me, "Ummm..." she said, while hiding her cigarette behind her, "Yuzu, please stop, smoking is bad for your health.. I didn't know that you smoke" i said with worriedness, i saw Yuzu clenching her fist and tears dripping down her face, "I didn't know you cared, Mei.. WHO DO YOU THINK WHOSE FAULT, WHY I'M DOING THIS!" she shouted, while crying with hurt in her eyes, i was speechless, she throwed her ciggarette and stepped on it and started walking away, i pulled her wrist, "Yuzu, i'm sorry" i said while tears dripping down my face, "It's too late now, you should've told me sooner" she said and walked away. I dropped on my knees crying, "I will make things right, and get her back" i said in my mind.
