WHEN they finally arrived at their dorm, the younger members waited at the living room while jinhwan went to get hot chocolate. as soon as he entered the living room, the others members looked at him with big eyes and jinhwan sighed yet again.

"well, what did you wanna talk about?"

"why do you go out to meet other dongsaengs when you can just hang out with your dongsaengs at home?" yunhyeong asked with hurt in his voice and eyes.

"oh, dongsaengs? i thought i didn't act like a hyung." jinhwan chucked dryly.

"that's not what i meant at all-" junhoe started but was interrupted.

"what did you mean then?" jinhwan suddenly sounded harsher than they were used to.

"i... i mean... you're just really small and you're usually really cute and... and..." chanwoo tried to explain.

"so that's everything you see me as? the cute shorty of the group? okay then, what if we just act like i'm the youngest member, yunhyeong can be the hyung instead. if you need someone to rant to when you're sad or angry, you can go to yunhyeong. when you need someone to comfort you, you can go to yunhyeong. if you need to talk to someone at midnight, go and wake yunhyeong. or don't, i don't care. just don't come to me to complain about anything when i don't seem like a hyung to you." jinhwan sounded deeply hurt and the other members were speechless.

"so you're being quiet now? okay then." jinhwan sighed and tried to leave, but bobby stopped him and held his arm tightly.

"hyung... i probably don't have the right to ask this, but why do you hang out with the others? what do you do when you hang out?" bobby asked the older one with curious eyes.

"that's none of your business." jinhwan wanted to leave when his phone made a noise, notifying him that he was getting a call.

he sat back onto the sofa where the other members sat, took his phone and answered the call. he was immediately greeted by frantic calls of his name, making him squint his eyes in confusion. the caller id said 'jiji', but he heard the voice of seventeen's leader instead. but he wasn't able to properly understand what the younger one was saying, causing him to put his phone on speaker, not caring that the other members were still in the same room.

"seungcheol, what happened?" jinhwan asked with confusion and worry in his voice.

"namjoon, jaebum, bang chan and taeyong are here with me. so following thing happened: earlier, jungkook, yugyeom, felix and chenle were here with us and were playing around with jihoon. then they started acting weird and got pretty upset because someone called 'ani hyung' wasn't here. and when we didn't look, they suddenly just left and we have no idea where they went to. so we went through jihoon's phone and found your contact with the id 'ani hyung'. so, please tell me that you have an idea what's going on with them." seungcheol almost begged.

jinhwan's eyes widened immediately. five boys in little space were somewhere in seoul, having no idea where jinhwan actually was so they didn't know where they should go to. his members were just confused. they didn't know what was going on.

"did they say anything before leaving?" jinhwan asked frantically.

"no, they just kept on asking for ani hyung. please tell me that you know where they are." taeyong sounded stressed.

"i might have an idea. i'll update you when i know anything." jinhwan reassured and ended the call.

"what's going on?" donghyuk sounded really confused.

"okay, what i'm telling you now has to stay between us. you can't tell anyone about this. got it?" jinhwan asked them and glared at them.

they nodded without thinking, too frightened by the oldest's glare.

"the five of them are littles. that means that they slip into little space whenever they're stressed, sad or just whenever they want to. and i've been taking care of them because their members don't know that they're littles. and i need you to help me find them. i think i know where they are but i need someone to drive me." jinhwan said and left to go put on shoes and a jacket.

the members were still confused but followed him out of the door. yunhyeong drove, with jinhwan on the passenger seat and the others somewhere in the back. their conversation from earlier seemed to be forgotten. the only thing that seemed to matter to jinhwan now, was the well-being of his dongsaengs. jinhwan instructed yunhyeong to drive to the park near to their dorm and as soon as they arrived, jinhwan left the car and was soon followed by his members. jinhwan went deeper into the park and after a while they arrived at a nice place that was well-hidden and if you didn't know it was there you wouldn't notice it. there were multiple blankets sprawled on the floor and on top of the blankets lay five figures. jinhwan sighed in relief after noticing them. his sigh seemed to draw the attention of two people, those two people being yugyeom and felix. the other three seemed to be asleep.

"ani hyung!" they ran to jinhwan and hugged him in excitement.

"don't wake the others up." jinhwan told them quietly and the both of them immediately nodded in agreement.

they would never do anything that jinhwan forbid them to do.

"yugyeom, go and carry jungkook. felix, go carry chenle." he told them and then went on to carry jihoon on his back.

when they arrived at the car, jinhwan sat into the passenger seat again, still with jihoon on his lap.

"i'm sorry guys but you have to take the other four on your laps."

jinhwan helped the others and everyone except himself, yunhyeong and donghyuk ended up with one of jinhwan's dongsaengs on their lap.
