Drew's POV
I don't know how I feel about the twins anymore... My wolf doesn't trust them but that could've been because he knew that they were being followed by a god slayer. If they wanted to betray us then they wouldn't have even told us about the god slayer here. They could've let us find out on our own when it was to late. I'll trust the twins until they give me a reason no to. Even though I finally decided to trust the twins, I was not happy about this guy. First of all, his presence threatens Aria's. Second, it doesn't look like we are going to be out of here before sunset. I had made secret plans with her already at sunset. Plans that were so secret she didn't even know that we had them! The lair was dark, dirty and damp. It looked like lair on a budget. "We need to get closer!" Aria growled as she stepped forward. I put my arm in front of her. "Don't you even dare to think about doing that!" I snapped at her. I don't care if she's strong or not! She's inexperienced as a favored and at fighting in general and could get seriously hurt. "Why not? This is a favored problem. You have no reason to be here Drew." Aria growled back. "Wait have you not-" I cut Rina off. "I have something I need to tell you." I told her dragging her outside the lair. The twins can watch the guy for the time being. I have something I need to get off my chest. We looked around at our surroundings. I sighed as I faced Aria. "Aria, ever since I met you, I knew you would be special to me some how, in some way. I knew that you would be different. And you have no idea how much my wolf wanted to rip Chads head right off the moment I saw him with you." I told her as we both chuckled at the last part. I held her hands and raised her right to my cheek. I stared into her blue eyes and smiled.
Aria's POV
I felt a blush spread across my cheeks. "But it wasn't just Chad. It was any guy that wasn't me. I hated it when you wore that swimsuit in that café. And I hated it the most when you were gone and when you hid things from me." He said. He stared down at our joined hands. "We've gone on many adventures together. We survived them all and created and unlikely, yet unbreakable bond. We grown to know each other and be able to understand one another. I've seen sides to you that no one else else has seen and you've different parts of me that others haven't seen as well. You stuck with me even when I wouldn't be able to stand myself and I couldn't bare to see you harmed. You've saved me more then once, and I am truly sorry that I dragged you into this world. But I wanted you to know, that I don't regret meeting you either. And I don't care if it's selfish, I don't even want imagine you with any other guy. Cause I really hate sharing my things. And although I don't deserve it, I would really like you to be my girlfriend, Aria Democ." He said closing his eyes. I smiled at him. I gently squeezed his hand. "Drew... it's... I-I want to accept but now isn't the best time... I don't know what's going to happen in there. But you should know that you don't need to worry about me." I told him smiling. He sighed. "But I do, I really do." He mumbled looking at me. "Drew... now just isn't the right time." I told him quietly. He sighed and smiled. I looked at him confused. Then he grabbed me by my waist and pulled me close. "No matter, I'm still not sharing you." He said happily. Then we walked back into the lair. So far nothing has happened. The guy has just been standing there motionless. Drew sighed looking at the guy. "No matter if he hasn't tried anything yet. I'll go and call my siblings as back up." Drew sighed as he wolfed out. I stood up from my hiding spot to follow him when he stopped me. "No princess, I need you to stay here just Incase he tries something while I'm gone. But don't worry. I'll be back soon." Drew said smiling at me. I have him a slight nod and went back to crouching behind some crates watching the guy. He continued to be motionless.
Drew's POV
I walked out of the lair. The moment. I left I heard one word. "Finally." Some body said. I turned around confused but then doors appeared almost magically and slammed shut. Shinning silver shinned back mockingly at me. As if it was making fun of me that it had Aria. I growled in anger. Then I howled for Rachel, Cal, McKenna, and Bane. I banged on the door angry. Then I drew my hands back and hissed as pain seared my hands. Stupid silver! I rammed the door but it didn't budge. The only thing that happened was I got burnt marks along my body. I screamed up to the sky. I'm so god damn stupid! How did I not see that god slayers plan from a mile away! He knew that we were all there! He could hear us the whole time! He was just waiting until the three favored were all in one place. He was going to clean them all out in one clean sweep. I'm so stupid! No wonder he wasn't moving! He wasn't acting like some one who killed favoreds. He knew that we were following him from the start! It takes planning to kill favoreds, he wasn't doing anything! I growled in frustration. I'm stupid! Stupid! Stupid!
