The last few days in America was spent with saying goodbye to my teammates, John and Kimberlynn. I hadn't heard from my dad since I've moved in with John and Kimberlynn, which was obviously a good thing.
Neymar and I were at the airport with the rest of the team, and it was filled with excited fans and paparazzi. It was early in the morning and I was in no mood for it.
Neymar's grasp around my waist tightened as he pulled me into him more. We were being asked questions, but all Neymar and I did was ignore them. We finally reached the plane, and boarded it with no issue. I plopped down into my seat and sighed.
Neymar took a seat next to me and smiled. "It's going to be a long flight" I mumbled, and Neymar nodded. I rested my head against his shoulder and his arm was wrapped around me.
"You get to meet Davi" Neymar mumbled into my ear, and I could see the smile on his face. "I can't wait" I responded, with a smile. He kissed my forehead and I looked out the window as we flew across the blue waters.
I'm finally getting away from Connor. I won't see him for two weeks, and that got me even more excited to go to Barcelona and Brazil.
Then my thoughts trailed to Trinity. I wasn't upset, or sad. I was rather pissed off but it didn't really seem to bother me all that much about her abandoning me anymore. She wasn't a true friend, and after a few months I started to realize that.
"Are you excited?" He questioned me, and fiddled around with my fingers. I laughed, sometimes he acted like a little kid but it was also adorable. It's funny how he could be so serious - adult like, then he could be just like a kid.
"Yes, I'm very excited. I've hardly been to any places like this" Neymar smiled and held my hand in his before placing a kiss on top.
"Well now is your time to shine, it's going to be a blast" Neymar replied, and I nodded. "I'm sure it will"
I leaned my head on his shoulder and his thumb traced small circles on my hand. "Get comfy... It's 'gonna be a long ride" Neymar whispered, and I felt my eyes slowly closing.
Neymar shifted, then started laughing. "Get 'outta here!" Neymar exclaimed, and wrapped his arms around me. I looked up to see Marc hanging over his seat and snapping pictures of us. I groaned, but couldn't hold the smile back.
"Come on! You guys are like, the cutest couple around you have to have some pictures!" Marc said, and I laughed more. "Not when I'm half asleep!" I replied, then slapped his arm. He made an 'ow' noise, before sticking his tongue out at me and sitting back down in his seat.
I leaned into Neymar more, before I felt myself drifting off.
--
"Bella" I heard a voice calling out my name, before I realized it was Neymar shaking me awake. I rubbed my eyes and looked up at him. "Mhm?"
"We're getting off now, we're in Barcelona" I seen the smile playing on his face, which made me smile. I got up, and grabbed my carry on before exiting the plane. We walked into the airport, which was surprisingly not busy with fans and paparazzi.
A few girls came up to Neymar, and they said something in Portuguese that I didn't fully understand. A few years ago I learned how to speak it, but I'm not a professional. One of them handed their friend her camera, and I moved away from Neymar.
The fan pulled me closer. "I want you in the picture!" She exclaimed, her accent clear. I smiled and nodded as Neymar pulled me closer to him.
I was taken aback when the girl gave both Neymar and I a hug before trotting away. I couldn't help but notice Neymar smiling the whole time.
