Symone called me for a brunch get-together to celebrate Lyric's test being negative and of course I was going to go, despite me having to deliver. Today I'm making 30k, shit finna get me all the way right.

After delivering the various drugs to some rich white females and getting my money, I headed over to Red Lobster, where Symone told me to meet them. She told me Ferg would be there too, so awkwardness wouldn't be a factor.

When I finally arrived I spent some time looking for them. As I was pulling my phone out to call Symone I spotted the three of them at a table for 4, and once Lyric saw me they all turned their heads, smiling. It's contagious so I returned it thinking of how I'm about to fuck this salmon up. Seafood is my favorite type of food, honestly.

I made my way over to them and greeted, "Wassup," taking a seat next to Ferg across from Symone. She was making a simple outfit like a black and white striped shirt and shorts with black slip-on Vans look good as fuck. How?

Ferg smirked as we indulged in our usual handshake as Lyric greeted, "Hey Rocky," looking through the menu and Symone saying, "Hola."

I guess I came right on time because a waitress came over to us, asking what we wanted to drink. Symone and I requested for water while Ferg chose Coke and Lyric went for strawberry lemonade.

As soon as she left Lyric spoke up, putting her menu down. It looked like she had something important to say so I veered my eyes to her and she sighed.

"Okay guys so as we all now know, I got tested not too long ago. We're here to celebrate the negative result of the test and I just wanted to thank y'all for saving me in such a situation. I think I'm actually ready to tell the full story now, a horrific one. It's crazy, but because I have a heart R.I.P. to Rico," she revealed, making eye contact with everyone at the table. I was happy for her and so were Symone and Ferg. The look Symone gave was one that displayed how proud she was of her best friend for pushing through such a situation.

I clapped lightly to lift spirits because despite such good news we were in obvious awkward silence and with it currently being a Monday the restaurant was only adding to it. Lyric chuckled in response to my clapping as the three of them also joined.

"R.I.P.? Fuck that nigga," Ferg finally replied, turning his lip up. "Sorry you witnessed that though, I am so sorry. I'm ecstatic to hear the results babe, and you know us helping you didn't even have to be thanked. Forever and always."

I was so caught up taking in what Ferg said that I didn't even notice when the waitress put down the drinks and biscuits... Them good ass biscuits. The reason why Red Lobster was the shit. I asked her to bring out another batch and she made her way to the back.

"I appreciate you but at least say R.I.P. He deserves that much and part of me feels guilty for seeing him die like that. Karma man," Lyric admitted, reaching over to hold Ferg's hand which he accepted.

"Okay! Let's not talk about the fact that he's dead. On the bright side, we're all happy about the news we received, and being here right now is a blessing seeing as though we could've died on several occasions," Symone shot up, giving us a slight smile. She was right.

"Facts, that's over man. How you feeling now?" I asked Lyric.

"Better. Do y'all not get like PTSD after killing people and stuff? Like every night his face shows up," Lyric replied.

"Not any more," I answered.

"Naw, after it happens I forget about it," said Ferg. Symone and Lyric just raised their eyebrows like they were surprised or some shit.
