"I know" I sighed, I was in the phone to my older sister, Phoebe, hoping she could help me with how I should tell Luke but she wasn't helping at all so far and we'd already been talking for over an hour. She just kept reminding me that telling Luke wasn't the real problem, it was telling my parents. My sister went through the same thing as I did, getting pregnant unexpectedly. The difference was, it was her boyfriend who she'd been with for almost 3 years and she was almost 21. But my parents still kicked her out. It was alright for her though, she moved in with her boyfriend, Jai. My parents seemed to have my whole life planned out by the time I was 2! I'd marry some rich and successful man who worked for my dad (or his equally successful son) and work for the same business from home whilst taking care of the children. My mum seemed to think my dream of being a journalist or photographer and traveling the world with friends was stupid and irresponsible. I remember coming home from the party that night and my mum catching me. As she looked at me in disgust, she turned and said "good girls are bad girls that haven't been caught. Well guess what, Addi, you're not a good girl anymore, are you?" But I never was. If they ever paid any attention to anything I did, they would know that. I wasn't good at school. I was better at skateboarding, gymnastics, dancing and memorising the Starbucks menu. I'd been dancing and doing gymnastics since I was two and a half but my evil mother had never been to any shows or competitions, never congratulated my on winning, never taken part in anything to do with it, but she was all for Drew in the Olympics despite the fact he was doing even worse then me at school. But when I got offered a place in team GB for gymnastics, she demanded I said no and focused on school. I also had another dream that nobody other than Harriet knew about, to make it somewhere with gym or dance and not let my mum have anything to do with it. You know how most athletes or people like that will say stuff like 'but I couldn't do it without the constant support of my mom and dad?' Yeah? Well that wouldn't be me. Not my mum anyway.

"Addi? You there?"

"What? Sorry, I zoned out.." I trailed off at the end, still not sure what to do.

"Yeah, I could tell, anyway, got to go, Jacob's crying. Love you, Addi! Bye!" She ended the call to go sort out her 6 month old son. The thought that that would be me in a little under a year honestly scared me to death. Then an obvious question popped into my head? What if Luke wants nothing to do with me and the baby? He is in a band all the time..

A sudden knock on my balcony door brung me out of my daze and back into the sad world of reality. Curious to see who was on my balcony door at 11:37pm, I unwillingly stood up and stretched. I carefully opened my door, just incase it was a murderer or something, to see Luke.

"Um hi?" I questioned, confused why he suddenly turned up out of the blue uninvited. (a/n I swear I'm not obsessed with Adel, I didn't do it in purpose)

"Hey..." he said awkwardly, "oh, do you want to come in?" I asked, noticing it was pouring down with rain and Luke was already soaking yet. Not like that, you dirty minded creeps!

He shuffled around once he entered, taking a good look at every corner of my room.

"Sorry it's a mess, I wasn't really expecting anyone" I mumbled, picking up a random pair of Vans I found.

"Yeah, sorry about that. I just had to... talk to you, about... something." he apologised, looking anywhere but at me.

I sighed, figuring that he already knew.

"Look, Luke, I'm sorry I didn't tell you, but to be fair, I only found out two days ago and then when you said we needed to talk, your friends were round and I didn't want to make awkward considering we nearly knew each other and-" Luke cut off my little ramble with a confused expression, "didn't tell me what? What are you talking about, Addi? Wait, can I call you that? Addi? Yeah. I like that, I'm going to call you that from know on, Addi." So Luke obviously didn't know. Oops, what have I gotten myself into now...?
