The Babysitter

chapter 1:Lacey

Lacey is a 1 year old baby and her mum and dad are going on holiday (as they have not been on holiday for ages.) Unfortunately Lacey is too young and too little to go ,so her mum and dad ,Sophie and Alex, decided to ring a babysitter called Emma.Sadly ,deep down Lacey was sad and she did not want her mum and dad to leave her and go on holiday. Emma said she would love to babysit Lacey, however Emma did not know that when Lacey's parents are gone she turns into a nightmare.

Lacey knew what would happen, she would invite her friend Olivia round and they would make a mess and keep it like it. Then when Lacey's mum and dad got home she would act like a little sweety.Sophie told Emma about what she needed to do :

needed :

●you need to give her food

●you need to give her milk

●you need to take her for walks in the park

●and before you put her to bed you need to read a story to her

And these were the things you didnt need to do:

●you don't need to take her to the toilet as she's potty trained

●you don't need to give her dinner if she dosen't want it

●you don't need to walk her in the park everyday

●you don't need to take her to nursery or school yet

Emma thought it would be easy to look after Lacey .But it wasn't.

Lacey really didnt want her mum and dad to leave so she thought of some plans to try and stop them from going on holiday:

a) all the clothes mum and dad had packed she would take them out

b) everytime mum was on the phone to Emma she would intafear

c) when mum and dad tried to leave she would hold on to their legs.
