You cried and cried and cried.

You were alone again, you didn't have Damian. It was so stupid though, you felt so stupid.

Not only he'd been gone for two months it was also the two year anniversary of your mother's death. You couldn't stand being alone.

Aunt Maggie was on Broadway in New York, it was finally her big break.

Damian Wayne. The love of your life, you couldn't stay mad at him but he would
disappear for weeks not telling you anything. He'd never be allowed to tell you, though and it was then you made your mistake.

That 'break' was breaking your hear more than his absence.

Curled up on the love seat you desired to leave the house.

Maggie knew how important Gotham was to you, a year ago she surprised you with a new apartment in Gotham.

You put on one of Damian's sweaters, fixed your hair and walked out the door.

It was foggy outside, you pulled your hood over your head and walked with hands shoved in your pockets.

The flower store was a block from Gotham City Cemetery and you had just enough money left from your summer job to get a small bouquet of flowers.

Plot C-45, that's where she'd been laid to rest. You walked with your head down, going threw the graves to find hers.

Your eyes glanced over as silent cried fled your lips. Placing the cheep flowers down you wished you weren't alone.

Loneliness was the worst feeling, you feel numb yet you feel everything.

There was a bench close to your mothers grave, you popped down as you studied the gravestone with teary eyes.

A familiar voice, a boy with perfect timing, Damian Wayne.

"You shouldn't be alone today." He cooed, your head snapped around.

His hair was the still the same as you remembered it, midnight black and a neat messy. His green eyes were duller, though.

You shut your eyes, blinking salty tears away, he quietly sat down next to you, his hands still in his pockets.

"Where have you been?!" Your voice became louder near the end of your question.
He gave you an apologetic look, "beloved," he started. You started breaking down slowly,
"I-I can't explain." Your blood began to broil.

"It's been two months." You stated coldly, he tried to talk but you continued, "two months, no calls, no texts, and you can't explain where you were-"

"It's for your safety Y/n!" Damian raised his voice, he was scary the few times he raised his voice.

A single tear slowly dropped down your cheek, with his thumb Damian wiped away your tear, "I'm sorry my dove, please don't cry."

You hide your face in his chest as you expressed your emotions for the first time in forever.

"God damnit, Damian, I still love you." You clenched his jacket in your fist as he let you cry.
"I still love you too, Y/n."

Damian arose from the bench and walked over to your moms grave, kneeling down he whispered too quietly for you too hear.

He walked back over and extended his hand for you to take, you happily took it as Damian decided on walking you apartment.
