Greetings, ASAps! The following are the criteria, the things you need to work on, and the factors that will affect the judgment of your story. Good luck!

FACTORS AND CRITERIA OF JUDGMENT

1. Accurate choice of words.

As a writer, you should always make sure that your choice of words are accurate at all times. Do not use words that you don't understand.

2. Correct use of punctuation marks.

Make sure that you are using the appropriate punctuation mark when it comes to writing. Readers might misinterpret what do you want to say if your punctuation mark is incorrect.

3. Correct construction of sentences and correct grammar.

Make sure that your story is understandable at all times. Make sure that each sentences are solid and not hard to understand. Grammatical errors are sometimes inevitable but make sure to work well on your grammar.

4. Semiformal use of words.

Writing is not just about expressing. Instead, it is expressing your inner thoughts creatively. Archaic words and exaggerated words can create an impact to a reader's heart. Always make sure that even though we are living in the 21st century, we still write something that will change other's view on our literature.

5. Detailed narration.

A story's narration is very important. It helps each reader to internalize and imagine the scene they're reading. Make sure that your narration is detailed to make the story more enjoyable and imaginable.

6. Consistent plot.

When I say consistent plot, you should make sure that the flow and genre of the story is not changing. The plot is solid and not even a single request from a reader will affect the story's final outcome. Make sure that the characters are still in-character to avoid misconceptions.

7. Unique plot twists full of cliff hangers.

A unique plot can easily make an impact to a reader's heart. Something unusual can ring the bell of satisfaction. Unpredictable events in your story can make a reader as for more. Stop writing when you need to stop. End a chapter if you think it's already enough.
