06. Hello

"Did you hook up with him yesterday?" Kendall asked me as soon as I closed my front door. "Geez could you at least wait till he's gone!" I ran my hand through my hair and walking into my kitchen with her and Kim hot on my tail.

"Well did you?" Kim asked sitting at my kitchen table. "No, I was drunk last night and he just took me home with him. He didn't even sleep in bed with me." I answered partially true but what they don't know won't hurt them. "Ughh boring!" Kim rolled her eyes.

"Kim I have a boyfriend!" I scoffed. "Yeah right. You two break up every other day. Honestly I would love if you got with Kelly." She smirked. "Kim you literally just met him!" My eyes widened. "So?" She shrugged. "He seems nice and you said he didn't sleep in the same bed as you so he seems respectful." She finished.

"She's right Kyls. I like Kelly too." Kendall sat beside Kim. I rolled my eyes. "Of course you do! You just want to go on double dates!" I said. She laughed looking up from her phone. "While that is true I just overall like him. He's cool and I know that from just being around him." Kendall shrugged paying back attention to her phone.

"He's just a friend." I said softly going to my fridge and pulling out a bottle of water. "According to him you're his best friend." Kendall playfully jabbed. I rolled my eyes yet again. "I told him to stop saying that!" I smiled slyly. "He's totally flirting with you when he says that." Kendall giggled. "He actually smiles at you Ky. I've literally only seen him smile when he's talking to you. He's like Kanye with Kim." Kendall joked.

"Oh shut up! He does not!" "I'm just saying Ky! He pays attention to you and he seems to like you." Kendall raised her hands in defense. "Can we just change the subject." I sighed. "Fine." She shook her head.

"Can you make us breakfast at least? I'm starving." Kim butted in. "You can make your own breakfast, I already ate." I sat at the table also. "Kelly took you to breakfast? You're even more proving your point!" Kendall looked at me. "Actually he cooked." I avoided her gaze. "He cooked?!" She screeched causing Kim to laugh.

"Oh my gosh Kendall!" I laughed. "Why are you so passionate about this?" "Because I want you to be happy!" She emphasized with her hand movements. "Aww Kenny that's cute." Kim cooed. "And seriously Ky he cooked for you. He likes you." Kim smiled getting up to raid my fridge. I sat back in my seat. "Besides, where is Tyga right now? Do you know?" Kendall asked. I remained silent. "Exactly." She answered softly and getting up to help Kim.

"You got it bad O!" Dave mushed my head at the end of our first workout. I was changing into a black tank top and putting on my slides so we could head to the smoothie shop before heading back home. "Man it's not like that." I shook my head. "You might not think so but we see it." He nudged my shoulder. "I was serious when I said I haven't seen you smile like that in a long time. If she does that by just small talk then I feel like she's good for you. Anybody other than that last weirdo."

"She said her and her dude not working out so swoop in." He smirked. "The worst she could say is no." He advised. "I'm not trying to hear no so I'll pass bro. I'll stay friends with her rather than make things weird." I stood. "Come on Jordy is waiting for us." I nodded toward the gym doors where Jordan was texting away on his phone.

"Hey best friend." I greeted Kylie at the smoothie shop yet again. Jordan and Dave had already sat watching me with smirks in their faces. "Kelly!" She smiled pulling me into a hug. She was sitting at the table with a brown skinned girl who looked at me with a confused look.

"Best friend? I'm her only best friend!" The girl raised her voice as Kylie broke out of the hug. "You must be Jordyn. She's told me about you, it's nice to meet you." I stuck my hand out for her to shake. She looked me up and down before skeptically shaking it. "When did this happen Kyls?" She rose her eyebrow. I pulled up a chair sitting beside Kylie.
