While the Guild prepares his Birthday Suprice, his Best Friends is keeping him occupied by having fun and walking around town. And Fairy tail send Loke A.K.A Leo the Lion to tell Lucy when they are done with the preparations.
Lucy just saw Loke give her a thumbs up without Natsu seeing it
"Natsu, Happy let's go to the Guild" Lucy said happly to her Best friend and his exceed
"Sure!" Natsu told her with his signature Smile

When Nalu and Happy enter the Guild
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY NATSU!!!" The WHOLE Guild said when that entered

"THANK YOU GUYS!" Natsu Yelled
And then they Began to party like they only had 1 hour left to live but in the middle of if all...
"aaaarrrgggg My Head!" Natsu loudly said but still not in a shout as he held his head
The whole Guild stopped what they were doing to see that the Birthday kid was in pain
"Natsu! Are u ok!?" His best friend Lucy Heartfilia asked him
But what they didn't know was that she is the only one knowing the truth
The suddenly he began shouting louder and his fangs got loger and much sharper than a sharks teath.
He began getting Blood Red Dragon Scales on his forearms, under his eyes and the sides of his face.
Dark red horns began coming out of each sid of his head, while Blood Red Dragon Wings came out of his back and ripped his shirt to shreds
Then a bright light began emerging from him it was so bright that everyone had to cover their eyes up
When the light died down instead of a pink haired Dragon Slayer there was a big Blood Red Dragon
"Who are u and what did u do to Natsu!?" Erza shouted in anger
Natsu look at himself and gasped
"What are talking about Erza!? It IS me Natsu!" The Dragon shouted back
"No ur not! Not our flame brain" Gray shouted at the dragon
"That's right, u dont even smell like salamander" Gajeel said
"W-What are u Guys talking about!? Of course this is Natsu how can u not see it!?" A Blonde Celestial Mage said
"Luce..." The Dragon whispered
"What are u talking about Lu-Chan!? See what!?" Levy shouted at her BFF
"..." Lucy didn't know what to say
"See u dont even know yourself so why should we belive you!?" Gray yells
"I-I just know ok!? IDK why but i just know that this is Natsu ok!?"
What they didn't know was that the reason the knew was because of a special bond that her and the Dragon boy shared
And then Shouts and Protets could be heard from all of the Guild Members
But in the middle of the bawl
"STOP!!!"
The Dragon roared
"STOP SHOUTING AT HER!!!"
The Dragon again roared
