It had been a week since the big fight with Sledge and his goons. Jason had gotten his stitches out a few days prior to this and was back in action, training the Rangers and assisting Kendall with developing the Rangers newest ' toy '.
Right now he was currently wheeling one of the Dino Cycle out to the main part of the base and as he rolled around the corner with every single head turned to face him. " Oh my, Is this what you were working on? " Chase asked him as he wheeled the Dino Cycle towards were Chase currently was.
" Yes, well I had a little help from Kendall, but yes. So think about what I'm working on next time you complain about me getting to assemble your new toys in the base. " Jason told Chase with a cheeky smile, Chase shook his head and chuckled as he looked to Jason and back down to the motorcycle like he was asking for permission. Jason nodded throwing Chase the keys and looking around at the Rangers, frowning as he asked " Where's Koda? "
The roar of the motor drowned out Jason as Riley looked at him " What did you say? " He asked Jason as he went to speak Koda ran out, a massive stick ( or was It a branch? ) in hand. He look like he was scared, It was obvious that he had only woken up and that It was because of the Dino Cycle and how much noise It was making.
" Sorry, we didn't know you were sleeping. " Kendall told the caveman " Kendall, Ms Morgan and Jason were just showing us our new Dino Cycles. " Shelby explained as she stepped out of the way, showing of the Dino Cycle to Koda as Chase leaned on the bike. " Come on over, take a squiz. " He told the confused caveman as they all turned to face him, a confused expression evident on their faces.
" A squiz? " They all said together which creeped Jason out to no end, this was the second time that they had done It in a week. " A squiz, you know. A look? " Chase asked as the confused expressions remained on their faces " Uh, sometimes I wonder If I'm speaking English. " Chase said, walking around to Jason's side as Riley commented " Me too. "
" Take a look, Koda. It's got everything from laser blasters, to energy scanners, and most importantly... I look really go on It. " Chase told the caveman hopping on the bike as Jason rolled his eyes. Before Jason got to make a comment Chase revved the engine, scaring Koda even more as he wacked the wheel of the bike.
" Whoa, whoa, whoa. Koda calm down, It's not going to hurt you. " Jason told Koda as he placed his arms on Koda's shoulders slowly backing him away from the bike " Sorry. My instincts say... danger," Koda told the team as Jason slowly retracted his hands from Koda.
" No apologies, I totally get It. Where you're from, anything that makes a strange sound is a threat. " Shelby told Koda as her phone rang beside Koda, the caveman immediately wacking the phone like a wack-a-mole. Shelby let out a surprised yet horrified yelp as they all looked at Shelby, waiting for what she might do next, Jason trying his hardest to keep a laugh in as Kendall wacked his arm " What? It's kinda funny, I mean she did say that she ' totally got It. ' " Jason told her as Koda apologised to the girl.
" No apologies, mate. She totally gets It. " Chase told him as Kendall walked past Jason to Koda's side " He's grown accustomed to morphing into a Ranger, but... " Kendall started to explain as she looked to Koda to continue the explanation " Some modern things still give me... nervous. " Koda told them, looking towards Kendall and Jason, trying to make sure that he was getting through to the others.
Chase looked confident when he was walking towards Koda, hooking an arm around the caveman walking at talking at the same time " Look, you just need a few pointers. I've ridden everything from roller coaster, to kangaroos. If anybody can teach you how to ride, It's me. " Chase boasted as he walked towards Riley and Tyler and closer to the exit.
" Whoa, whoa, whoa wait a second. There aren't any kangaroos in New Zealand, those are in Australia. " Riley pointed out as Chase shrugged " Ah, details and If I'm going to teach Koda some things, I'll need help. " Chase said looking to Jason with a smirk, grabbing the older man's arm and tugging him along.
" Wait hold on a second, I never agreed to this. " Jason told Chase as the teen continued to pull Jason and Koda out of the base " You train us, right? So help me train Koda. " Chase said as they all left the base, Jason huffing and muttering " I train you guys to fight, I'm not good at this kind of stuff. "

The three of them were currently in the park, Chase was on his skateboard, Jason was keeping pace with the other two as he ran and Koda was on a bike, one that was suited for a kid and had stabilisers, Jason didn't even want to ask were Chase got the thing but he was curious to why Chase had a child's bike that came with stabilisers.
Jason watched as a small group of young kids ( the kids being no older than ten ) pass them, looking at Koda with distaste and laughed at a older person on one of their bikes. Looking over his shoulder Jason stuck his tung out at the kids, silently wanting to tell them off but Chase beat him to it.
The kids laughter set Koda off as he lost balance and slammed into a curb and falling onto his face as Chase slid off his skate board and Jason comforted Koda as he and Chase helped him over to a park bench. Jason checking over the caveman who was down in the dumps after what happened.
" No worries, mate. It takes time to figure it out. " Chase told Koda as Jason nodded and gave the caveman a light smile. " Chase is right Koda, you don't learn to ride a bike perfectly in one day. It took me time and a lot of bruises to learn, but that's all you need. Time"
A couple of minutes passed as Jason and Chase listened to Koda's troubles with the twenty first century. They had moved from their original spot on the bench to in front of the fountain.
" Duck! " Koda exclaimed as a cage came flying through the air and towards the group. Koda ducked out of the way, taking an unaware Jason with him as Chase got caught by the cage and teleported away.
Jason was still as Koda sprang into action against what could only be described as a mess of cages.
Standing up slowly, Jason looked around for any of the minions he saw the last time he fought; he however found nothing.
It was when Koda got slammed back passed him when Jason sprang into action but he again was too late as he watched on as Koda got taken by one of the cages, just like Chase.
" Well come on metal head, there's still me left! " Jason exclaimed at the thing as he got into a fighting stance. " Wrench said I had to capture you especially, he wants a little chat. " the monster told him as Jason frowned, Wrench must've been the walking armour stand from the last fight.
" Well tell him that chat ain't going to happen. " Jason said as he launched at the monster, kicking the thing to no avail as he just bounced off the thing.
The monster went for a swing at Jason as he ducked underneath it and attempted an uppercut and as he had gathered so far didn't affect the thing as he just got a swift kick and a cage thrown at him.
In his desperate panic to make it out of the situation in Jason kicked one of his legs out, hoping it would make the cage bend around it.

Needless to say I'm so sorry, I don't really have an excuse other than life got busy with me starting into year 11 and this my GCSE's.
