Another working day for Lisa, though she is not complaining. She actually love it when she is working because she forget every schoolwork or problems she have when she's making beverages.
She is taking Media Arts and on her 3rd year already. She's enjoying every moment of it, she looks happy go lucky, but Lisa is very hardworking, diligent and selfless.
Smiling with the thought of her cat, Leo. Lisa smiled at her next costumer, didn't imagine that her customer would tattoo a smile on her face for the rest of the day.
A cute brunette came into the counter, tired because of the research paper she submitted today. But, when Jennie saw the girl behind the counter, surprisingly she felt like she already aced the paper.
'She's so tall. She should be a model instead. She looks so so soo pretty. Almost looks unreal' Jennie couldn't help but be astonished by the visual of Lisa. While Lisa's excitement couldn't calm down, and awhile ago she almost forgot she's the barista.
"Hi, I am not that fan of coffees but I am so stressed out because of my research paper. And thanks heavens I am done with it. So, would you mind recommending me your favorite?" Jennie smiled as she said it.
She is and always have been proud of herself, not in a bad way but Jennie's confidence is always at it's best.
This year is Jennie's fourth and last year studying Business and no it's not that easy. She plans to take over the family's company after she graduated.
"Cherry Blossom Latte?" Lisa didn't even bother on hiding her smile even if it's broader that usual.
'Hmm, the name sounds good. It will do. Plus she recommended it.. so' Jennie is fully aware that she is blushing and she wanted to let the tall girl know.
"Okay, then." Jennie chirped while showing her gummy smile. Lisa's heart is unable to be found, maybe it is with her costumer's .
After Jennie payed for the drink and the slice of cake, she turned her back to sit in the table in front of her. When she heard the barista speak,
"Uh excuse me!" a bit higher in normal tone, even if Jennie's usually calm she flinched after she said yes.
'Is she gonna ask me out? Because I would say yes honestly' Silly, Jennie thought to herself. Noticed the tall girl fidgeting, even though she actually know Lisa. She still glance at her name tag because there's no harm in doing so .
"Hmm, Yes Lisa?" Again with her gummy smile, Lisa felt attacked.
'HOW DID SHE KNOW MY NA- oh my name tag' Lisa shake her head in disbelief .
"Can I ask for your name?" Fidgeting, Lisa looked on her fingers while it plays with her uniform .
'YES. I would sure smack her head if she asked that any later today.' Jennie almost dance because of happiness,
Mumbling, Lisa thought it's only inside her head but she blurted it out,
"Because you're really really reaally pretty and you look so cute while you smile and you are very nice too.. so I wanted to know you...more" Lisa is choking with air called embarrassment.
'Finally' Jennie smiled, she could explode from happiness right now. She have a crush on her , since Lisa's freshman year.
The Thai had caught her eyes because of her cheerfulness. But she is too shy to talk to Lisa. She's not a stalker on anything. Jennie respects Lisa so much, she saw Lisa working on this coffee shop a few days ago.
But she is too busy with her research paper and this is her only free time. She is actually waiting to go here.
"Kim Jennie, 22 studying Business at YGU." Jennie doesn't want to introduce herself that long because she is minding Lisa's job.
Even though it's short, Lisa is flying with birds with the information. As she excuse herself to make Jennie's drink she smiled at Jennie . Only to realized that they are studying at the same school. Which caused Lisa to squeal , and jump at joy.
Enjoying the view, when the definition of view is Lisa then Jennie is definitely enjoying it. She took out her camera and smiled as she snap a photo of Lisa smiling from ear to ear.
Lisa's too busy to notice the flash, while Jennie waited for a few minutes for the picture to develop and she wrote, 'Must Treasure' at the bottom of the instant camera's film when it's done.
It is not Lisa's job to serve drinks but with Jennie she will definitely serve her. Good thing there's not much people around. She went to Jennie's table and hand her, her pink drink with her cake slice.
"Enjoy, Jennie-ah" Lisa's eyes smile at Jennie that went directly into her soul.
Jennie's playful side kicked in, as she pout while looking at her food but making sure that Lisa will have a glimpse of her face.
"Hmp, I wish I can eat with someone now though " Not acting, because Jennie is definitely cute .
Flustered, Lisa wiped the sweat forming on her forehead but she cannot wipe the blush on her cheeks.
"I would, want to uh join you. But I still have work to do." Looking at the tray on her chest, Lisa can't deny that she would want to say 'yes' if Jennie would ask her again. Especially with that pout.
Jennie took a sip at her pink drink but, she didn't thought it'll be bitter. She crumbled her face with the taste of it. Jennie is not a fan of bitter drinks or foods. Lisa noticed the girl's discomfort with the bitterness. She can't deny it's a bit bitter.
Lisa smiled after she took the girl's drink. Jennie protested because she wanted to drink it even though it's bitter for her taste, because Lisa recommended and made it for her.
But Lisa smiled, and said no, "I'll make you a Milkshake instead Jennie."
Jennie pouted, as much as she loves milkshake , like very much. She still wanted the pink latte.
"Milkshake is not even on the menu." Lisa shake her head in disbelief. 'Aigoo, this girl.'
"That's why you are special Jennie."
Still sulking, the brunette mumbled something before siting back on her chair.
