Caffè Macchiato ; a chaesoo fanfic

BTW last update was written from Chaeyoung and Jisoo's first point of views. Again this'll be a bit short.

Hours and hours had passed before Chaeyoung can finally be visited after her operation. And Jisoo can't choose if she's excited or devastated. But then she tried to put herself in Chaeyoung's shoes.

'Well, if I am Chaeng.. 

after my operation..

 I would.. 

I would want... 

I would want a tight hug. '

"Uhm Miss Park badly needed rest as what our doctor already told. So a minimum exertion of energy and please avoid things that would cause her stress. From time to time we will check how she is . And also call us if anything goes wrong. Thank you, I'll go now." 

The polite tall nurse said, but before she even take a step out of the room Alice Eonnie jumped and is suddenly in front of the Nurse named, Choi Jin Ri (miss u so much T^T♡)

"Uh-h, yeah I'll see you out. I have a lot of questions you see." Alice Eonnie winked at Jisoo and her father who is silently smirking, leaving with the confuse nurse who still agreed to be accompanied.

"When Chaeyoung was still a child, as soon as she started to learn how to write. She started writing her own journal. And of course that left us amazed, because no one in our family is patient enough to start writing one.

 And as you know Alice, she asked Chaeyoung why she kept such thing. This adorable child answered, 'So when I'm blind, the love ones that will stay with me can read my daily adventures.' .

That's when he leaned down to kiss his unconscious  daughter on the top of her head. While he caress her hair as he sat on the side of her bed.

And seeing that moment, took all of the exhaustion and worries she ever had. Jisoo then took a deep sigh and slump in the sofa provided by the hospital. 

Chaeyoung's dad couldn't help but to smile upon seeing Jisoo. Even at their first encounter her knew how genuine Jisoo is, but now he is definitely sure.

He then went to her and pat her shoulders, "How 'bout u go home for today and come back as early as you can tomorrow darlin'? Alice and I can take it from here, well that is when she's done flirting. " Jisoo laugh alongside Chaeyoung's dad at the thought of Alice doing so. 

"You also need rest, we really appreciate what you did today Jisoo. Now you rest and you can bond with Chaeyoung tomorrow how's that?" 

Jisoo hugged the man beside her, while both of them are holding their tears of course. Chaeyoung's dad pats his back, "Now, off you go~ "

But before leaving, Jisoo sat beside the brunette who is still under the commands of the amnesia. 

"I'll give you too some time 'kay? Also I'll fetch Alice .. " Cheekily, Chaeyoung's dad leaves leaving Jisoo and Chaeyoung.

Jisoo held her hand and kissed it for some minutes and she actually felt her tiredness lift from her body. Now holding Chayoung's hand tight, she stare at her. 

"Your hair's still brown, you face a bit pale and your hand is kinda cold."

As much as Jisoo wanted to talk to Chaeyoung, her tears didn't let her. 

She cried and cried. 

Almost like when somebody stole a candy from a child.

But this time, it's not a simple candy that is stolen.

It's the gateway to Chaeyoung's soul.

Jisoo weep, while she remembers the dates they've been to. While she tries to remember the chocolate eyes Chaeyoung once have.

Until she felt a weak hand patting her head.

Jisoo felt like as if, her breathe is also stolen from her for a hundred times now.

Without seeing, Chaeyoung knew by heart who the person is, like as if her heart could also see.

"S-shh. Don't cry Jichu- ah. D-don't cry" Chaeyoung's voice cracks while comforting Jisoo...

But Jisoo just couldn't help herself not to.

"Hey, do you know? Falling for you, is the scariest thing that had ever happened to me. 

Because I knew that one day, I might wake up with no sight of you." 

Jisoo felt like her throat is lock while her eyes weep. And behind the agape door, Mike and Alice couldn't help their eyes from crying as well.

"You....you who are the most beautiful thing that I had ever see.. and that I will ever see."
