Vanessa POV: "I can't believe I'm actually in college!!" I squealed to my mom She was helping move into my new dorm. I'm attending UCLA, my dream school. I take out my phone and call my dad. My mom and dad got a divorce when I was 10. He said he loved another woman more than my mom and left us. It took me a while to forgive him, but about a year later, I finally got over myself and accepted the fact that he was happy with another woman. "Papa!! I'm sooooo excited!!!" I practically yelled in the phone "Yes sweetie! I'm so proud of you! I have to go, Ana is making me go get food for the dinner tonight, kisses!" Then he hung up on me. Just great!
A few hours later
"I love you novio" my mother said crying into my shoulder "yo también te amo mamá" I whispered She wiped her tears and walked out. She couldn't bare to look at me. I felt bad but happy at the same time. FrEeDoM!!! I was laying on my bed when my roommate Lisa walked in "Let's explore LA girl!!!" "Sure, let me change first"

I reach down to get it until I felt my hand touch another We both looked up at the same time Boy: hi.... Nessa: hey... He grabbed it and stood up with his arm extended to help me I took his offer and stood up Boy: I'm Geo... Nessa: I'm Nessa... He handed me my phone Geo: see ya later...I guess Nessa: yea... He walked off looking back at me one more time before disappearing Lisa: awww!!!! Invite me to the wedding!! Nessa: Chill Lisa! I'm never going to see him ever again We laughed and continued our shopping Lisa ordered the Uber home
Later that night as I was laying in my bed I realized I really wanted to see geo again
