╚─━━━━━━░★░━━━━━━─╝Jasmine watched as Frank stepped inside, his presence filling the small space. The room felt cozier, warmer—almost too intimate. He looked around, taking in the decor, the simple touches that made the dorm feel like a home. Jasmine's suite was surprisingly nice for a college dorm. The living room area had a soft, comfortable couch with a few throw blankets tossed over it, a coffee table, and a small TV mounted on the wall. Beyond the living room was a shared bathroom, and each girl had her own private bedroom that could only be accessed by keycard.
Frank's gaze roamed over the room, his sharp eyes absorbing every detail. "This is... nice," he remarked, his voice low and smooth. "Better than the dorms I remember back when I went to school."
Jasmine smiled nervously, closing the door behind him. She wasn't used to having a guy in her space, let alone someone as intimidating as Frank. She could feel the weight of his gaze on her even as he pretended to be more interested in the room.
"It's not much," she said, shifting awkwardly. "But it's home for now."
Frank glanced over at her, a smirk playing on his lips. "Cozy," he commented, taking a step toward her. "And very... you."
Jasmine blushed, not sure how to respond to that. He made everything feel so much more intense than it needed to be.
Frank's gaze swept over the room again, this time landing on the absence of photos. It was sparse—no personal pictures or mementos, just a few decorations here and there. He frowned slightly and turned to her. "I notice something," he said, his voice thoughtful. "There aren't many pictures of you around. Why is that?"
Jasmine tensed at the question. She didn't want to answer. It was silly, really, but it was also personal. She looked away, hoping he'd drop it. But Frank wasn't the type to let things go easily.
He stepped closer, his presence almost overwhelming in the small space. "Come on," he pressed gently. "Why no pictures?"
She sighed, fidgeting with the hem of her shirt. "I don't know... I just don't like taking pictures."
Frank raised an eyebrow. "Why not?"
"I... I'm not good at it," she admitted, feeling embarrassed. "I just... I don't look good in them. So I don't bother."
Frank looked at her like she had just spoken a foreign language. "You don't think you look good in pictures?" he repeated, incredulity in his voice. "That's... puzzling."
Jasmine gave him a sheepish smile. "I just don't, okay? It's not a big deal."
Frank moved even closer, his expression softening as he studied her face. "That's ridiculous," he said quietly, his voice taking on a gentler tone. He switched to Italian, his words rolling off his tongue smoothly. "Sei molto bella," he said. "Molto più di quanto tu possa immaginare."
