Eight hours past and she decided to walk around the cabin"mom I'm going to walk around the cabin" she walks out and a passenger walks up to her "what's going on"the passenger asked. A flight attendant puts her hand on her shoulder and looks at her telling her not to say anything"um I don't know sorry"she said. The passenger goes back to her seat, she turns to the flight attendant"you know right"she whispers to the flight attendant. The flight attendants nod she nods back and walks to the back of the plane and grabs a water for the pilot and her mom and goes back. "Here mom"she hands the water to her and the pilot"thanks sweetie"her mom said"thanks"said the pilot.
Many more hours pass and her mom finally says that we can get off the plane. After all the people get off they get off and walk into the airport. She holds her moms hand and stays close, the plane crew walks with them when someone stops them and tells them that they will take a separate van and to follow him. The follow the man and get to a van and go in, they start driving she gets sleepy and leans on her moms shoulder and closes her eyes.
She wakes up in a bed and it's morning, she sees her mom and she sits up"morning mom" she smiles"good morning sweetie"she says walking over and kissing her on the forehead"get on your shoes we are going to find somewhere to eat" she said putting on her shoes. She gets on her shoes and walks over to the door and walks out with her mom, she looks around and it's packed with people the building looks like a school and apparently it was. There was many people and she spotted the passenger that asked her what was happening. She walks with her mom towards the food she wasn't hungry so she just continued walking. Her mom looks at her"are you ok?" She said concerned, she looked up"oh I don't feel that great" she said tired. Her mom felt her forehead"your warm, I'm going to see if I can find medicine" she said smiling.
She is sitting in the room when her mom comes in with medication"here take this it will help" she hands her medicine. She takes the medicine and lays there"what's going on?" She asked tired "Well were not taking off for a while now the USA airspace is still closed" her mom said siting on the bed. She closed her eyes trying to forget what she saw on the news."Charles was the pilot of the plane that crashed into the pentagon" he mom said sadly. She sits up"Charles Burlington?" She said wiping away tears"oh god" she thought about the memories there weren't many but she remembered his jokes that she always laughed at. Her mom nodded, she moved over to her mom and hugged her as she started to cry. Her mom wiped her tears hugging her back.
