Jeongin's POV
He opened the door of the front passenger seat for me and I shifted into it. Once seeing that I was in with my seat belt all buckled, he gently slammed the door and hurried to the driver's seat.
He got in and just sat there and looked at me as if he was waiting for me to say something.
"Well?" He said with a questioning look on his face. "Well what?" I asked in confusion and slight nervousness.
He scoffed then replied to me in a not so inviting attitude. "Aren't you going to tell me your address or am I going to have to magically pull the address out of my ass?"
"Oh yeah that sorry..." I apologized. As I told him my address, I watched him begin to punch it into the GPS, and with that we started moving.
This has to be one of, if not the most awkward rides I've ever had. There was just complete silence during the first few minutes. He didn't talk and I sure as hell didn't have the courage to start the conversation first. Afraid that I'll make more of a fool out of myself.
Nothing can possibly make this situation anymore uncomfortable. Never mind, I just jinxed myself. At that very moment my stomach started to grumble obnoxiously loud.
Chan/Chris's POV
What once was a quite car ride turned into a loud and shaky earthquake. I looked out of my peripheral version to see Jeongin looking stiff and embarrassed.
"Woah there I've never seen someone so hungry that it shakes a car" I joked out. He looked even more embarrassed than before. I mentally smiled to myself.
"What didn't have enough to eat for lunch?" I chuckled out. "Actually... I didn't have any. My friend kinda ate it" He muttered out.
"Well at least you have breakfast right?" I asked. "No usually arrive late to school from walking so I don't have time to eat breakfast." He said bluntly.
Holy shit. Did this little small bean just tell me the last thing he ate was yesterday's dinner? How can he survive after all that's happened today, not showing a single angry expression.
For some reason I kind of felt bad for the boy. Which is surprising because I never usually give a shit about anybody's feelings. Have I perhaps gone soft? No way. That can't be.
Trying to shake those unwanted thoughts in my head, I tried to come up with something to say. "Your friend reminds me of my friend Changbin, he steals food from me sometimes. I bet they'd get along great."
"That'd be my friend's dream like you have no idea." He giggled out.
This was the first time I ever heard his laugh, even if it was a little one, it strangely was satisfying to listen to. Is that weird to say? It made me all warm inside. That's a normal thing to say about a guy is it? Like guys can compliment each others doesn't seem gay right?Jeongin's POV
We were getting closer and closer to my house. All Chris has to do is take a left then my house is the very first one of the street. Once the GPS said to take a left, I was so glad at the thought of being home.
Sadly that didn't happen. Instead of taking a left, he went straight. I sat there a hit confused thinking that he probably forgot to take the left so we was going to do a u-turn and go back.
That didn't happen either. He just kept on going straight. "Um Chris you do know you missed the turn to get to my house right?" "Yeah I know. There's a slight change of plans to tour destination." He said with his infamous smirk. "Where are we going?"
He came to a street light that was on red. He stepped on the brakes and turned his head to face me and made a small smile. "We're heading to my place."
My eyes grew wide and I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Oh my god... I'm getting kidnapped by the guy that I like and he's going to lock me up in his house for doing him wrong.
He seemed to notice the worry and feat in my eyes and he began talking again.
"If you think I'm going to lock you up in my house as revenge of bringing me into your lie then don't worry cause that's not happening." "T-then why are we going to your house?" I tried to say with our stuttering but it failed.
He grinned widely. "You'll see. Oh by the way text your mom you'll be coming home pretty late."
I blink a few times and nodded grabbing my phone to text my mom. Cause at this point I don't know what he's going to do to me once we get to his house.
Just what exactly have I gotten myself into?
