"Its back Carol."

Those three words spoken from her brother in law, that she hoped to never hear again. The cancer. The cancer was back.

"How she doing." She says gripping the phone not wanting to drop it.

"Shes, she isn't good. Doctors say she... she... won't make it this time." He says. She gasps try's to hold back the tears.

"That's terrible Daniel."

"They think that a more peaceful place would... benefit her condition."

"So what are you saying?"

"I want her to come and stay with you. Chicago is such a hectic place, and this would be a terrible place for her to live her last days." He says quietly.

"I will do anything I can."

Belle Lockwood.

If things hadn't gotten bad for her already, they would now.

At the age of 14, she was diagnosed with a critical form of lung cancer, but after two years, was in remission until now. Diagnosed once again at the age of 17, with not much chance of her seeing the age of 19.

After losing her mother, and both uncles, she feels like it would be ok to loose her life just to spend an eternity with her other family in heaven. But her father decides it would be better for her to travel to a small peaceful town with the name of Mystic Falls to spend her last days with her aunt Carol, and cousin Tyler Lockwood. But she couldn't have come in a worse time.

This story takes place in the very end of season 2 and beginning of season 3 just so you know, and the song for this is Life Support by Sam Smith, I would encourage you to listen so that you get the feel/idea of this story!
