We are back at Jaehee's house and ever since we got here, she got really quiet.

"Jaehee." I called her and she just looked at me. Like nothing happened; Like she didn't even drag me back here with force.

"What is going on in your mind, Jaehee?" I thought to myself.

I sat down beside her and pat her back. She raised her arms up and covered up her face with her hands.

"I'm sorry if I'm being a burden to you." She said with a muffled voice.

I shook my head, "No, you're never a burden to me."

She looked up to me with her eyes filled with tears.

"I'm sorry." She said and her tears started bursting out. I rubbed her back and wiped her tears away.

"You don't need to be. You didn't do anything wrong."

Then, she snapped back to reality. "Jisung, I've been meaning to tell you that-"

She was cut off with the sudden burst of my phone's ringtone. "Oh, I'm sorry, Jaehee. I have to take this call."

She nodded and I went out of her apartment. I looked at the caller's ID. It was my sister, Seulgi.

I answered her call and she bursted her loud voice from the other line.

"Jisung-ah, where are you?" She asks.

"Why?"

"Don't answer my question with a question." She scolded.

"I won't tell you." I said and hung up.

I went back inside the apartment to witness Jaehee by the countertop eating a candybar.

"Hey." I greeted and she just nodded her head.

"Hey.." She said. Then, she walked over to the trashcan and threw the rubbish away. "What?"

She must've noticed I've been staring. But I'm staring because I was waiting what she was supposed to say.

And speaking of, "What I was about to tell you." She started, "I wanted to inform you that."

"Fine, I'll cut to the chase. I still have feelings for you." She said.

I was shocked to hear that from her.
