Today, as I sat at the counter seatings by the window of my favourite cafe, Calm Cafe, I looked out the window. I saw many people walk by, none of them the same. It came to me that they all have different lives and stories to tell. Though I thought that, from each of them I can learn something new.
Today I saw a mother pushing a pram with an adorable baby as she held a young boy's hand. Her face looked exhausted, yet when she looked at her children and wiped their faces, her facial expression was so kind and caring. Her tired self was no longer there.
I was taught that a mother is as important to her children as her children is to her. Not that I didn't know of that but that scene reminded me the importance of the connection between a parent and child.Violet
