Finally. They are gone again and won't return from their business trip for the next two weeks. Junmyeon was alone with the house staff, just like he spent most of his lifetime yet. Birthdays and Christmases were celebrated in the spacious living room filled with some of the house staff, normally the familys butler Minhyuck, a few maids and when he was younger Yoona, his nanny. Junmyeon was just a part of his parents business plan. They needed an heir, so they decided to have child and hope that it will be male. There wasn't any love in the relationship between the parents and the son. They only ever made sure, that he had good grades and left the house as less as possible. It would be impossible to imagine their heir getting hurt or kidnapped, whod run their company then? The only love Junmyeon ever received was from the house staff and Yoona. They gave him warm hugs when he was sad or sick, watched his school plays and spent time with him. His parents only came to formal school ceremonies when it was required and that also just to make sure their family gave a perfect picture to the outside. Junmyeon never disappointed them. His grades were outstanding, he topped most of his classes and he grew to be a handsome and polite young man. The perfect heir his parents dreamed of. At least, that was what he seemed to be.

To be honest, Junmyeon always hated the idea of running a company, still does. He is not interested in this kind of business and despises commanding people around. And he is bored, extremely bored and sick of having to stay in the mansion all the time instead of spending the evenings outside or with friends. He is eighteen and has never been outside alone past 8 pm. The school year, and with that his time in high-school, is over and of course he graduated as the best student of the year. And after summer break, he will be attending the university his parents chose for him to study business at. Everything must be just like his parents want it to be, his opinion isnt asked. They are already looking for possible business partners, with a pretty daughter that he could marry. Junmyeon is as straight as a circle, but how should they know, if they never spend more time with him than necessary. Its not like they'd care anyways.

The positive side of never leaving the house was that Junmyeon knew it like the back of his hand. He knew every single room, door and window, knew where the cameras were placed, and which door or window was secured with an alarm (basically the whole first and second floor). He knew on which way he could leave the mansion and could get back in anytime. At least, he knew in theory. Not a single time he really left on that way, but he knew the possibilities he had. And knowledge can be more than just useful sometimes, it can actually save your ass.

As 10 pm approached, Junmyeon got ready to leave, a mixture of excitement and fear inside of him. He found some black skinny jeans with holes on the knees, simple sneakers, a dark blue button-up and a leather jacket in the depths of his closet. His mother would throw a fit if she saw him wearing an outfit like that. According to her, her son should have class and wearing ripped jeans or a leather jacket definitely wasnt considered that. Anyway, if everything is going to work out, she will never find out about his choice of clothing and his whereabouts for the evening.

Junmyeon could see most of the house staff leaving through his bedroom window. By half past 10pm only Minhyuck and a handful others would be left in the mansion and most likely asleep. Junmyeon knew that his absence wouldn't go unnoticed, since there were cameras all around the house and the backyard, but nobody would check them, if he won't run into an alarm.

He left the building over his balcony. There was an alarm, but he never turned it on since he liked watching the night sky sometimes and was too lazy to turn it back on afterwards. In front of his balcony was an old oak tree. When he was younger he loved secretly climbing on it and even had a swing hung onto one of the bigger branches. The way down the tree and across the garden was left behind him quickly, same as the backdoor. You could turn off the alarm with a password on both sides of the door since the staff used that way to leave the estate.
