Yesterday or whenever that was, I tried to move my fingers. It is working a little bit. I mean I got my fingers to move so that's an accomplishment, right? I would have to say so.

Anyways, yes. I did move my fingers. Now all I have to do is move my entire body and then maybe I can get out of here. Even though that requires the knowledge to know where exactly "here" is. Either way I am determined to get out of here and go home once I know where that is. This is so stressful. I sigh and look at the white ceiling above me. Why are all the walls white? Why can't they be a more lively color like blue or green.

I set the thought aside as I start to see a bright white light. I close my eyes to avoid any further damage to my already broken eyes.

After a few seconds when I decide it's safe, I open my eyes to reveal a dark, starry night sky with trees surrounding me. A sweet melody flows through my ears as the car flies past what looks to be the woods. My eyes flicker down when I feel a tight grip in my thigh. I try my absolute hardest to tilt my head down. 'Please god help me move! Once more is all I ask,' I pray in my head.

I knew my prayers were met due to the new image in front of my face. Just as I thought, a strong hand is gripping my thigh while rubbing small and gentle circles with their thumb.

you showed me love when I wasn't feeling it
you helped me fight when I was giving in
and you made me laugh when I was losing it"

The sweet song traveled through my ears. I smile once I realized that I've done it. I've moved my head and I can feel my face once again. The scene in front of me blurs and I realize that I have tears in my eyes. Not tears of sadness but tears of joy.

I look to my left and see a beautiful human being. The nameless man next to me has a jaw so sharp that it could cut me. He maintains his focus on the road until a deer trots from the woods to the front of the car.

The nameless man inhales sharply as he swerves the car to the right to try and avoid hitting the thin animal. The car swerves into the ditch just below the road and we hit a tree.

I brace myself just before we crash but all I felt was the jolt of the car. No pain or anything. I open my eyes only to see that we are back on the road like nothing had ever happened.
