SO STUCK IN THE PAST.

christy's pov

im here sa park ngayon.. mag isa lang.. i need some fresh air kasi ang boring dun sa bahay. kakatawag lang sakin ni maridel na my new neighbors daw sila.. let me say.. its elijah.. oo in fairness gwapo si eljah.. maputi ang many more. bilib na ko sakanya pagdating sa pagpili ng mga boylets.

the weather is very fine in the park. it was breezy and cool. i go straight there ngayon kasi it was my routine. school house and park ako pag week days. when saturdays i take time to shop and bond wit my friends and sunday pupunta ako ng church and straight home for rest and other stuffs.

nagulat ako when smebody covered my eyes..

"sino ka?" i asked

nobody answered.

"i ssaid who are you!' this time i was nearly to shout. duuh? i dont know kung sino to malay mo may bad plans pa to sakin eh.

"christy" a voice.. that voice.. its familiar pero medyo nagmature ng konti ang voice. napatigil ako..

he gently put his hands down. nanlalabo pa ang mga mata ko..

when i see clearly i take a look at him.. i could never forget that chinito eyes and perfectly shaped nose and lips.. siya si..

"ranz?!" i said surprisingly.. is this real??

"hi" and a smiled flashed in his face..

namiss ko siya ng sobra.. i didnt know what to do. it has been 5 years since we last met.

sa sobrang miss ko ay napayakap ako sakanya.. he hugged me back so tightly na alam ko na namiss niya rin ako.

"i really missed you seashells" seashells.. when we met..she called me that.

"i missed you too seashore!" thats what i call him..

he pulled away.

"how are you?" tanong niya

"im fine still breathing." sagot ko..

we talked our hearts off.. and laugh until we got back to the house.

i saw mom and dad outside the house..

"mom, san po kayo pupunta?" i asked

"ah kay tita mo anak.. dumating na sila kanina.. nakita mo na ba si ranz?" mom knows that ranz and i are bestfriends..

"yes mom.. sunod na po ako." i told them.. they just smiled

my parents got home early today .. mabuti na lang.. matagal ko na sila hindi nakita eh.. yes we lived at the same roof but we dont meet.. they got home late and go to work very early.

i enetered the ongsee residence.. sinalubong ako ni ranz sa pintuan.

"hey seashells bakit ngayon ka lang??" he asked me.

"i just did something." i reasoned out.

inakbayan ako ni ranz papasok sa dining kung saan kumkain ang mga parents namin at nagkukwentuhan. our parents became really close since they transfered in this subdivision.

"mom!" tawag ni ranz ky tita..tinignan lang ako ni tita at tito.. and after a while they smiled.

"iha, your even more prettier" puri ni tita.

"ahm.. thanks tita. ikaw din po.. mas gumanda" i got near them and kissed them

we ate and talked ..

that night i slept so soundly.

*riiinnnng*

nagising ako dahil sa alarm clock ko.

TGIF. walang pasok bukass!!

i did my usual routine in the morning. bath change eat and go.

"yaya im going na po!" paalam ko ka yaya.

pagpasok ko ng sasakyan i remembered that ranz was here and he enrolled at empire high in fourth year.

"kuya stop the car!" i demanded

bumaba ako at tumayo sa harap ng gate nila. i was going to press the door bell but a voice spoke from the back

"sinong hinihintay mo jan?" napalingon ako at nakita ko si seashore.

"hey seashore! tara na!" he smiled and walked slowly going to me..

1meter away.................................................................10 inches away..............................5....................................

"hmm.. okay" hinigit niya ako at halatang matatawa na siya..

"what?!" i asked him

"nothing" pawalang sabi niya..

when we reach school its obvious that many are looking at ranz.. of courrse who would not glanced at that angelic face?? i smirked and told him that im going.

"sabay tayo lunch ha!" pahabol niya.

i nodded

i went straight to the room. nakita ko si maridel at si elijah na magkatabi at nag uusap..

hindi man lang ako napansin.. i sat down to my usual seat and ginawa ang dapat tapusin ..
