On the warm night of February 1960, the weather was at a high of 68° F, and on that night the 29th of February, Mercedes Ramirez gave birth to a boy who they named Richard. His parents Julian and Mercedes Ramirez lived close to a nuclear experiments lab called LOS ALAMOS, New Mexico where they were exposed to radiation. When his mother Mercedes was pregnant with him she worked in a shoe factory without protection from breathing in the chemicals. Two of Richard's older siblings were born with birth defects.

When Richard was two years old a dresser fell on top of him and then at five years old, he was playing at a park and swing hit him in the head knocking him unconscious. That caused epileptic fits till he was fifteen. His father Julian had a very violent temper, causing his older brothers to start huffing glue to help cop with it, and at nine years old... Richard joins them.

At twelve he starts spending more time with his older cousin Miguel also known as "Mike" Ramirez. Mike showed him Polaroids of people he killed when he was serving in the Vietnam war, he showed those along with pictures of woman he rapped and murdered while on the line of duty. Then, Richard watches Mike get arrested for shooting and killing his wife with him as a witness.

Then he moved in with his sister and her husband. Her sister's husband who took Richard on his peeping expeditions, because her husband was a peeping tom... Then in 1973 he turns thirteen, and that's when he starts breaking and entering houses. At fifteen he works at the Holiday Inn, where he used his pass key to sneak in people's rooms and rob them.

Soon it jumps to attempted rape, where he attacked a hotel guest and is stopped by her husband. He then is arrested, but the couple lived in a different state and did not want to come back just to testify. So the charges are dropped because they did not make it to the court date.

1978 He turns eighteen, and gets on a bus for Los Angeles. That's where he got a $1500 weekly cocaine habit, funded by crimes as of stealing cars, or breaking and entering. Since living mostly off of sugar his teeth rot. In LA he also grows a love in Satan. His first murder is seventy nine year old Jennie Vincow, because she had nothing to rob. He climbed through her window, cut her throat, and then stabbed her to death.

March 17th, 1985, Richard follows Maria Hernandez, where he shot at in her garage, but she deflected it with her keys and pays dead. Unknowing he then goes inside the house and runs into Maria's roommate Dayle Okazaki. Dayle hides when she hears the gun shot. Richard then finds and kills her. Leaving the house he spots Maria running behind a car, and he lets her go. An hour later while driving he runs into, Veronica Yu. With the feeling of being followed, she pulls over where Richard then tries to pull her out of her car. She resisted, so he shot her twice and kills her.

Then in sixteen months, he claims at least fourteen victims, killing the men, tying up children, and beating and rapping the women. If they fight back he kills them, but if they do as he says, he'll let them live. Usually. between the 9th and 20th of August, he takes a bus to San Francisco. There he claims the lives of his fourteenth and fifteenth victims, Peter and Barbara Pan, then goes back to L.A.

The state then starts hunting the so named "Night Stalker." The police also got tips from people who got stolen goods from Richard, and he is found on an old arrest for grand theft auto. When they found that, the police published his photo everywhere. In a liquor store in L.A. he notices women staring at him, and then notices his face on the papers front page. He then runs. Running to a Mexican neighborhood he gets attention trying to steal a car to escape. People then leave their houses and beat him till the cops arrive, because they know who he is.

The trial took five years, and jury took six months, till he is told he is found guilty for thirteen murders, five attempted murders, eleven sexual assaults, and fourteen burglaries. Then he is sentenced to death, but there is a second trial in San Francisco, but with so many delays, he never served his death sentence.
