I was laid in bed staring at my ceiling, when my phone flashed. I immediately thought that it was Dylan so I quickly scrambled off my bed and grabbed my phone. My phone was an iPhone 5 so I could only see half of the message.

Lexi

GET UR LAZY ASS UP! TIME 4 DRESS SHOPPING THEN WE R GONNA MEET...

I sighed and unlocked my phone and clicked on the message, reading it fully.

Lexi

GET UR LAZY ASS UP! TIME 4 DRESS SHOPPING THEN WE T GONNA MEET DYLAN :D:D

I squealed and ran into my bathroom. I took a quick shower and hopped out drying myself off. I pulled on my underwear and walked over to my wardrobe and pulled out my blue denim high waisted shorts, and my black over sized t-shirt that said in pink monster writing 'DEAD GORGEOUS'. I styled my hair into an artfully messy bun and put on some makeup. I slipped my phone into my pocket and walked downstairs, where my dad was sat at the kitchen table drinking a coffee and reading the newspaper.

"I'm off dress shopping with Alexis." I said, kissing him on the cheek. I didn't bother telling him about Dylan because what he doesn't know won't hurt him. I walked over to Alexis's house and walked in like I lived there. Lexi's older sister Kate was in the living room. Kate was really pretty, she had pink and blue multicoloured hair and had purple eyes (contact lenses) She was wearing black leggings, a white t-shirt that in black writing said, 'FUCK YOU', a black leather jacket and on her feet some red VANS.

"Hey Kate." I greeted and started walking upto Lexi's room.

"Hey!" She called back.

Just as I was about to open her door, Lexi came bounding out and almost knocked me over.

"Your driving." Was all she said before walking downstairs.

"Well, hello to you too!" I shouted after her. Lexi laughed and we called a goodbye to Kate before setting off to the mall.

After a very long hour and a half drive, we pulled upto the mall. I got out of the car and locked it, tossing the keys back to Lexi. I heard loud, obnoxious laughter and I looked over only to see Dylan and some other guys walking into the mall. We walked into the dress shop and spilt up to increase our chances of finding a dress without distracting each other. Browsing through the dresses, I suddenly felt like I was being watched. I turned only to find Seth walking towards me, a smirk on his face. I internally groaned and faced away from him, pretending to be interested in a purple off the shoulder dress.

"Hey there beautiful." Seth'a annoyingly sexy voice called from behind me.

I rolled my eyes and turned to face him.

"Don't call me beautiful or I will knock you out." Seth chuckled and I glared at him.

"Feisty. I like it."

"Ugh." I tried ignoring him and concentrated on looking at dresses but I could still feel his gaze on me.

"What do you want?!" I all but shouted at him. Seth smirked and looked me up and down.

"Just thinking about you and how your sexy little ass would look like in this." Seth then pulled out the most revealing dress I've ever seen. It was a short black dress that dipped down at the front. His eyes lit up when I walked towards him. I leant forward and whispered in his ear, smirking when I felt him shudder.

"I'm not some slut who will wear short dresses just to please you. You are a man-whore and I hate you." I pulled back to see Seth frowning at me. I looked behind him and saw Alexis scanning the racks. I walked around h but stopped when he grabbed a hold of my arms.

"Let'a play a game."

I stopped and looked at him and answered,

"What sort of game?"

Seth laughed.

"If I make you fall in love with me then you go to the dance with me and become my girlfriend." I snorted.

"Yeah, so we act like we are going out and act like all lovey dovey? How long?" I knew that I shouldn't be doing this but he is just so arrogant and ugh I hate him so much.

"2 months." I shook my head. How could I act all in love with Seth when I was in love with Dylan? I wasn't afraid of loosing because I would never fall for a player like Seth but I was supposed to be going to the dance with Dylan. I would have to tell him that I didn't wanna go with him, which would break both of our heart's for sure.

"Fine but we start after the dance."

He laughed at me like I was crazy

"Are you joking? We start on Monday. See you then beautiful." Seth said, then walked off. I'm sure my face must've looked like thunder. I quickly composed myself and carried on looking at the dresses as if non of that had even happened. We eventually left the shop empty handed because Alexis got us kicked out for harassing one of the customer trying to take her dress of her. We met Dylan by the cafeteria but I pulled him to one side. I tried explaining to him about my deal with Seth but he just shrugged me off.

"What a crappy excuse Ashley. I thought you liked me. I guess not. Have fun with Seth." Then he walked off leaving me alone and broken hearted.

Seth, you bastard. You will pay for this.
