Me and aj arrived at marlons office we opened the door , we saw he wasn't around at all . i went over and grabbed a picture of marlon and louis standing together i pick it up , a smile started to play with my lips . " uhh h-hello there ". i hear behind me from marlon me and aj both turned around " oh hey ". i said while setting down the picture " so whats up marlon ". i asked him he smiled at me but it was fake . " so we need people to go on runs today , you can either go with, violet and brody or you can go with aasim and louis ". when marlon said that i looked at aj " i wanna go with louis ". he said to me . " i guess were going with louis and aasim". I said smiling marlon looked me with sad eyes " can talk to you about something alone". Marlon asked with pleading eyes " yea sure , hey aj can you stand out there ", i asked aj he nodded and walked out 

" whats up ". i asked looking at him ; he sighed and pulled a map out and laid it on the the desk making me look confused "What are those red lines for ". I asked softly "that's safe zone and that what i have to talk to you about , we're runnin outta of food ,the fish don't come this way anymore and t-the greenhouse is over run , and we don't get very much food and if another kid dies thats b-blood on my hands ." he ranted on i looked at him "....how about we go out of the safe zone ". i said hesitantly his eyes got wide and he looked like he'd seen a ghost "i've tried that before , that how we lost two more of our people ".

 he said looking down i patted his back "it's gonna be fine ". i say trying to brighten the mood " i hope it will be". He said " anyway you should go get ready for your run with louis and aasim". I nodded and walked out to see aj sitting there " come on you gotta get dressed for the run " i said to aj while reaching my hand out he held it

 as we walked back to the room i went through my book back finding him some cargo pants and a long sleeve " get dressed i'll be back in a few minutes okay". I said adding the okay so he knew he nodded before i closed the door i go to where louis always hangs out at

" hey , lou lou ". i said with a smile " hey clem whats up ". louis said with a big smile " im going to go   on a run with you ". i said with a happy tone  he smiles and stands up " well we should get going then". i smirk " i have to go get aj and then i'll come meet up with you . " i said giving his hand a squeeze
