“Y/N! Wake up,” I hear my teach yelling.
“Why? It’s that same stupid Algebra you’ve been teaching for 2
months now.”“Well maybe it wouldn’t be the same lesson if kids like you
didn’t sleep in class,” Mr. Kim, the math teacher, said.“Because I already know this,” I responded as I rolled my eyes.
“No you don’t. You’re lying so you have a stupid excuse,” a kid
in my class said.“The only person who is lying is you sweetie, so you better shut
that mouth of yours before I shut it myself.”After that the whole class was silent. Probably because they are
scared of dying early. I was laughing inside my head at my
classmates’ stupidity.“You wouldn’t mind solving this problem if you know it already,
would you?” Mr. Kim said.“Of course I wouldn’t,” I said while walking up to the board, taking the chalk from Mr. Kim’s hand.
I analyzed the problem. 3x+2=14. If you’re going to give me a
equation, give me an equation that’s hard. Without putting in any
effort, I answered the equation. X=4.“There, next time give me a hard equation,” I rolled my eyes
while handing him his chalk back.“Yay Y/N! Show them who’s boss,” Rosé exclaimed from the
back of the class.“Quiet! While I see her work!” Mr. Kim said, annoyed how I
solved the equation in 0.5 seconds.By the looks on Mr. Kim’s face, either I was right or he’s
surprised I had confidence but failed miserably. Most likely the
second one. I have no hope that it’s right. I lean back to my chair
trying to pretend I don't exist. That’s kinda hard because sadly, I do
exist. Everyone’s eyes were facing me. Half of them with evil grins,
trying to prove a point. The other half were giving me the
“You’re so
stupid for trying that”
“Congrats,” Mr. Kim said, “It’s right.”After that I legit jumped out my chair, causing it to fall to the
ground. For the first time I was right and I get to rub it into their faces.“HA YOU SUCKERS! WHO’S STUPID NOW? ALL OF Y’ALL
SHOULD BE ASHAMED AT CALLING ME STUPID,” I yelled, causing all
the other classes around us to stop.I finally settled down, and, picking my chair up, I seated myselfand put my earbuds back in, falling asleep again.
-TIME SKIP: AFTER CLASS-
It was finally lunch time. I grabbed my things and left the class.
Heading to my locker, I heard a group of boys talking.“Did you hear that Y/N got an answer right in class?”
“Yah! It’s hard to believe it!”
I walked over to them, forgetting about my locker.
“You know I’m not that stupid, right?” I exclaimed.
“Sure~,” One boys said.
“We all know that’s a lie,” The other said.
My fists were in tight balls. I was ready to punch the crap out of
them. But… That wouldn’t be civil. I decided to ask them politely to
stop assuming.“Excuse me? But I’m pretty sure I got a 98 on the English final. I
don’t like to be called an “idiot” if you know it’s a lie.”“...”
That’s all they could say. I finally got to shut those stanky
mouths up! I was dancing inside my 2 brain cells. After my little
victory I headed to my locker, just to hear the bell ring.Crap.
I missed
lunch, my favorite hour. Was it really worth it?
