Lost in the Big City

A Start of Something Unexpected

When I step my foot in the ground, it feels I'm in another place that I never dream about. The place seems so magical and enchanting. I've never expected this even in my wildest dreams. This place is so beautiful that I just want to stay here forever, but I know I can't. I'll just wish everything in here will just be fine no dramas and such.

The warm breeze of summer is hugging my skin right now. I can feel the fresh air that I can't find in the big light of the cities. It feels so perfect.

I'm enjoying the silence that this magical place giving me when I heard a gunshot coming from a near distance. I'm frightened and confused, What am I going to do?  Run? But I don't know this place. I will be Lost in this Big City. But my curiosity over what's happening won, so I come where I heard the gunshot is but I wish I haven't because now, I'm witnessing a murder.

"Hey! Who are you?!" The guy suddenly notice me witnessing what they do. I'm now scared are they going to kill me too?

"Get her. We need to shut her off" the man with the gun ordered the other boys.

Then the boys started running and trying to chase me so I began to run too. I need to run for my life. I take off my high heels and run barefoot with my heavy bag with me. I'm really scared what if they are gangsters? Criminals? What if they hurt me? My tears started flowing I'm really scared . What am I going to do?

Then a strong arm hold me and pulls me off a dark street corner and cover my mouth with his hand for me to prevent making noise. I can feel his breathing, I try to break free from his hug yet he's so strong .

"Stop moving. You're safe with me" He said and That's when I stop breaking free from his hold and started to calm. And I heard footsteps going near and my heartbeats is going fast I can feel it. I'm nervous and scared at the same time.

 "Where is that girl?"

"If we don't find her , were dead"

"Let's split up! To find her easily"

I can't calm and I think my heart will explode. I'm really scared. I just got here and I already got into a Big Trouble. How am I going to stay here for long? And I can't come back it is more dangerous there.

Then the footsteps slowly fading away. When he make sure that no one is here He slowly break free his hold upon me. "Hey, Calm down. They're already gone"

And that's the last thing I hear before everything went black.
