Endless Shadows: Eyeless Jack x Reader

Chapter Six

Eyeless Jack's POV

Somehow, Jeff managed to kill everyone and not get shot, after that we went back to the mansion, as soon as we got there, I thanked Jeff, and headed upstairs to check on my two captives, when I walk into my operating room, I find the two still deeply asleep. I'm not surprised, the sedate I used on them was quite strong.

My gaze lingers on the one girl, Y/N, she's quite pretty, with H/L, H/C hair, and beautiful E/C eyes that were shut at the moment. I walk over to her, she should be waking up any minute now. Her eyes opening and the first thing she sees being me. 

I wait a few moments longer,  then smile as she stirs. She opens her eyes and focuses on me.  

Reader's POV

I slowly open my eyes, and the first thing I am able to see properly is my kidnapper,  Eyeless Jack. I inch away in fear, then freeze as an animal like growl comes from the beast. He walks over to me and grabs my arm harshly, digging his fingers in.  I whimper in pain and fright. Flinching as he leans down close to me, stating softly but firmly, "You will stay in this room until I decide otherwise, I will leave you unchained unless you try to escape. "

I nod slowly and he releases my arm, backing off to give me some space. Then he slowly walks over to Crystal, lifting her up and pinning her to the wall.

Eyeless Jack's POV

I slowly lift Crystal up and force her against the wall, growling loudly to bring her out of her stupor. She jolts in my grip and stares at me with fear, I grin and tilt my mask, exposing my sharp, shark-like teeth. Her eyes widen even more, looking as if they're about to pop out of their sockets. I pull my scalpel out of my pocket and press the point against her stomach, debating whether I was hungry enough to kill her.

Suddenly, I felt a hand on my arm that held the scalpel, tugging me away from Crystal. I turned to see Y/N, a desperate, begging look on her face. She continues trying to tug me away even though I can tell she knows her efforts are useless. 

Crystal's voice causes me to turn back to her, "I-if you kill me, you w-won't be able t-to talk to Y/N." I snarl and dig my scalpel in a bit, slicing her skin open. I watch as the bright red stain spreads over her shirt and breath in the scent.

"She'll talk eventually, with or without you," I growl, and release the girl. She falls to the ground and Y/N crouches next to her, covering the spot where I cut her with her hand. I turn away and walk out, "I'll be back, stay here unless you wish to die."

Reader's POV 

I watch as my kidnapper walks out, stating that he would be back. I wait until he leaves, then walk over to the door and try to open it. Surprisingly, it opens. It creaks slightly as I open it wider, causing me to wince and freeze. Nobody comes toward me in the hall to stop me, so I walk out. Leaving Crystal behind.

Outside the bloody room. There is a long hallway, with doors on the right side leading to what I assume are bedrooms, and I wonder how many people live here. I walk toward the nearest door, which is open. Inside, there are two beds, one is made, the other is messy. On the dresser next to the bed, I see a bloody scalpel, on the windowsill, jars are lined up. I walk over and pull one off, setting it down on the dresser and opening it. Immediately, a dark smell fills the room, so strong I can almost taste it. Inside the jar is darkness, so I nervously reach my hand in.

Before I can touch anything, I hear a sharp growl at the door and jump. I take my hand out of the jar and replace the cap without looking up. The jar is ripped from my hands and set back on the windowsill. I then hear the door to the room slam shut, and the sound of the lock clicking into place.

"You didn't listen. Why?" I shake my head, afraid to answer, "Either you speak, or I leave you here and kill your friend." My eyes widen, should I? 

If I do, what will this murderer do to me?
