I woke up to my phone ringing loudly.I sat up but realized a arm wrapped around me.I look down and notice Micheal.Before I could absorb my thoughts I forced myself to pick up the phone. "Hello?" "Morning Lina,um you sound like you just woke up...it's Jeffrey we could re schedule if you want?" My eyes widened as I remembered I was supposed to go to breakfast with him."Oh shoot Jeff no I'm sorry.Where are you I'll meet you there" I move Micheal's arm from my body and going over to my bag grabbing some clothes. "I'm in the lobby we could go a different time it's okay." I admired his consideration if I was to be completely honest. "No it's fine I'll be down in 20." And with that I hung up.
After I hoped out of the shower I took off my shower cap and combed my hair applying a little Aragan oil so my hair looked less frizzy. I threw on my a cropped blue sweater and blue ripped jeans. I was buttoning my jeans when the door opened causing me to jump. "Micheal you scared me!" "Why didn't you wake me up?" He asked leaning on the door frame. "I wanted to let you sleep." "Well where are you going?" I looked at myself one more time in the mirror before turning to him. "Breakfast with Jeffrey"I ducked under his arm to exit the bathroom.I grabbed my brown boots and some socks from my bag. "Are we not going to talk about last night?" He plopped down on the bed. "When I get back we can talk all you want."I didn't want to talk about it because I didn't want to face the fact that something was not the same between us. I slid my shoes on and unplugged my phone from the charger. "I might not be here later.I have some plans for today." I sighed applying some highlighter to my cheek bones. "I promise I'll try to be back as soon as possible.Ill just tell Jose I can't hang with him at the show today.I wasn't booked anyway.Ill see you later okay?" "Alright Lina whatever you say."He shrugged clearly upset. I gave him a quick hug "Sorry" I say before leaving. In the elevator I put on some Fenty lip gloss and take a look in my camera,I was impressed I had made myself look pretty decent in 20 minutes.When the elevator door opened I noticed Elias sitting on the couch in the waiting area. So I walked up to him. He stood up when he sees me coming. His hair was in a semi neat man bun,he had on a casual floral button down jeans and brown boots. "How does she look this great this early in the morning"He says lowly not realizing he said it out loud or that I was close enough to hear him.I blushed a little "Aw thanks I could say the same about you"I pull him into a quick hug. "I said that out loud?"He asked scratching his forehead. "Yup,now come on I'm hungry." I giggle
He drove to a nearby diner that was kinda small but cozy. When we sat down we were greeted by our waiter a young women with light brown hair and light eyes whose name tag read 'Alyssa'.She was really nice and helpful.We had both ordered coffee and some toast. "So you and Ec3? How do you know that guy anyway?" "I worked in Ring of Honor as a manager for Kyle O Riley and Bobby Fish ,I left Ring of Honor to wrestle around in the indies around June of 2015,I mostly worked at Stardom and Progress until late 2016 I went to TNA.Thats where I met Micheal.We dated till I got signed to the Wwe.In March of 2017." I explain taking a few sips of my coffee. "I really don't see the hype surrounding him"He shrugs almost as if he was annoyed. "You barley know him though." "Yea but I still don't like him." He shrugs as the waitress walks over taking our order. "Maybe if you got to know him or something...I mean he's not a bad guy." "Well of course you would say that you guys are basically together." "We totally aren't together" I roll my eyes. "I mean whatever you say"He chuckles. "How do you like it so far on the main roster?" "I love it I kinda miss NXT but it's good on the main roster.How about you?" "I mean I like it,I get a good reaction from the crowd and stuff I just wish I was doing more." "I'm sure you will be soon." I take a sip of my coffee. The waitress comes and puts our food on the tables.It was a bunch of pancakes and eggs and bacon and when I questioned if Jeffrey would eat the large amount of food he just laughed. "Say cheese!" I exclaim snapping a picture of him smiling with a tall stack of pancakes. I posted it on my Instagram and Snapchat stories with the caption *Brunch with this beautiful bearded man😂💗* "Your little boyfriend might get jealous" He says digging into his food. "Would you hush that is not my boyfriend" I say while starting to eat. He laughs "I'm sorry let me stop.You know you're kinda cool." "So are you." I smile at him.The rest of our breakfast is filled with giggles and getting to know each other better.Spending time with "The Drifter" wasn't that bad in fact it was something I could see myself getting used to.
