Ch 2: Dreaming Eyes Meet

   Twilight dreamed of Sunset and Sunset of Both Twilights.

  In Sunsets mind she was troubled. She was stuck in a chair with a table. 

  On one side of the table showed a book, this was the book Sunset kept waiting a message from pony twilight for so long and the one she fell in love with.

  The other side however had a photo taken somewhat recently. Pinky took this photo: Sunset was help Twilight with her research in magic when they both passed out spent next to each other. Though they didn't intend too on a long shot Twilight ended up rapped up into a hug by the next morning when Pinky found them.

  "Thats when she started acting oddly..." Sunset said to herself But where am I?...

  There was a note in front of her "Where does your heart string go?" Sunset had to think about this for a moment. She then looked at the two objects and reached for the book but something deep inside her stopped her hand inches from the object.

  She looked at her hand flipping it over to look at her palm. "Heart strings... meaning my love. where does 'my love' go..." images flooding her mind with Twilight, but not the pony one...

  In Twilight's dream she was chasing Sunset Shimmer. Sunset said she was leaving to return to the pony world, and no matter how fast Twilight attempted to run Sunset was getting no closer.

  Why am I trying so hard? Why can't I reach her?!

  At that point Sunset was reaching for something like she was testing the portal and flipped her hand to look at her palm. She looked hesitant...

  In Sunset's dream she looked at the picture, the images of  Twilight where her running, tears threatening to fall. why? Anger shot through her Who is  she chasing!

 Noticing this anger made her realize something. Twilight Sparkle from my home world has her own life, can't abandon... At the same time I can't just leave my friends here, it would be remiss. They're my friends I care for them. 

  As Sunset tries to reason to herself why she can't choose pony twilight, the other twilight at long last made some progress. She managed a few feet closer the Sunset she wipes her eyes, there were tears there. She must not have noticed them but... Why am I crying? Is it because I want Sunset to stay so much? Twilight thought for a moment subconsciously.

 She thought she felt a warmth rise to her cheeks. Have I really fallen in love with Sunset?

  As if in reply to her though Sunset from her dream caught Twilight seemingly surprised

  Just before Sunset had caught Twilight in Twilights dream she was pondering what to do. 

  "Do I reach for Pony Twilight or... My Twilight?" She ended up gasping at her word choice and froze. 

  Before she could complete any thought said 'My' twilight suddenly came running at her, Sunset catching her. They where therefor a moment until Twilight looked up locking eyes with Sunset.

Right at that moment they both shot up from their sleep in the morning.
